Very good location. Parking on site was expensive.

The property is, in fact, quite attractive. I believe it is an old converted bank, and the decor is conservative and nice. However...no one bothered to install any soundproofing at all. Every door that closes in the hallway is perfectly audible inside the room, as is every footfall above you if you happen to be on the first floor. Worse, the air conditioning barely works, and the "thermostat" in the room is clearly a placebo. Zamora is hot in the summer, and the room never cooled down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. Not quite as bad: if you're a foreigner, the TV is useless. Every normal TV in Spain, cable or not, has the capacity to change the audio language from dubbed Spanish to the original language. This place has disabled that function, and naturally, no one had any idea how to fix it. This is a 4-star hotel? Seriously?

Confortable and great location.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, the room was gorgeous, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful and the old town was absolutely breathtaking

Good central location, with dedicated public motorcycle oarking in front of hotel, but I used their underground carpark anyway.

Nice spot. Did not need the gathering in fromt at 3 am after the bars let out .

Best location possible to discover Zamora. The hotel is in great condition and super clean. My only issue was with the bed and pillows (hard bed, very soft pillows). I know it is a mater of preference and I have no doubts if I had contacted the front desk maybe a more firm pillow was a possibility but I didnt. I only stayed one night.
