The stay was good and the location of the hotel is amazing . Everything is around in walking distance. The bathroom needs a fan because it gets stuffy . Also you have to ask for room cleaning, they don't come on their own . Overall , I am happy with my stay and I would go again in a bigger room !

I felt like the view from the room to the ocean was misrepresented. There was a parking lot and dunes with alot of bushes on top of them. I had to ask for a room higher up just to be able to see the ocean. We paid extra to see a good clear view of the ocean.

This is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff. The beach chairs and beach towels already in the room is a great touch! Nice location to good eats easily within walking distance.

Awesome ocean views from this hotel. The location was great for the Pirate festival we attended. Short walk to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of local shops to visit as well.

Last minute trip to Tybee due to hurricane in Florida. Loved its proximity to the main drag in Tybee and the pier. Hotel is old and you can tell. Beds were comfortable and shower was great though!

I will list my disappointments;
TV broken, entire room was wet from condensation, floor was dirty and constantly wet, missing floor tiles, rust on all lamp fixtures, staff seamed flustered.

The elevator stinks in turtle tower. The remote was missing from the room. There were stains on the bed covers. We decided to leave the property earlier than our reservations. Not worth the money.

You have to pay an additional $40 parking fee for parking on the hotel property when you get there to check into your room you've already paid for ! They said it's written in the fine print on the agreement !! It's very outdated also ! I will not go back

We found mold in our room, absolutely unacceptable. Won't book with Expedia again..this is only a 2 star hotel don't trust reviews on Expedia. Much better options in the area.

The staff was wonderful. From check in to check out and everything in between, they were friendly, couteous and helpful. The cleaning staff waa super accommodating. The building was tired and beat up. The bathroom had a distinct mildewy smell, stained shower curtain, rusted fittings, and dirty walls. The freezer had a red stain in it, not sure what it was but we were scared to use it. The people across the hall brought their dog who whined all morning and the hall reaked of wet dog. Parking was ample.

The hotel was clean, enjoyed staying there, but the room we were in had a bad, noisy mattress, everytime you got up off side of bed it sounded like tin can crunching . Room 418 needs a new mattress. Had a room humidifier blowing warm air in room, air condition struggled and stayed at 77 degrees.
