The property decor was really old and outdated. From the carpets to the paintings. I was pretty disappointed for the price I was paying.

This was a staycation and the Ritz provided an amazing an environment that makes you feel like a welcomed guest. Everything was perfect , from the check in to the check out. I would stay again . Worth every cent, just wish the poolside waiters would be a little more attentive. We sat there under our umbrellas for thirty minutes and had to stand up and go to the bar.

Golfers paradise. There is also a shuttle available to go to the other property where you have access to all of their amenities as well. Wonderful stay!

because of the order to evacuate my resident of Ft Myers because of the hurricane Ian that directly hit us.
I attempted to ck in one day earlier and was told that there was no power, no food because restaurant closed, no AC in the room's due to the hurricane Ian that hit Ft Myers the Ritz would not have power for an indefinite period. I then fled on the afternoon of the hurricnae to the east coast of fl talked with front desk mgr. at the Ritz who indicated that there would be no charge for this reservation

I specifically reserved and paid for a resort view room and got a room one the first floor that looks at valet parking through thick shrubs. There was a cheaper option for an obstructed view but I paid the extra for a resort view.

Super disappointed with our stay overall. The customer service both in person and via the phone ahead of our trip was terrible. The hotel is dated and in desperate need of an overall update and maintenance but instead they are doing construction to add a new section, which was unsightly and noisy. Our massage therapists arrived 10 min late and did not extend our service so it was cut short. Won't be returning.

The service was not up to the Ritz Carlton standard by any stretch. This new texting thing that hotels want you to use for services is awful. I asked for a simple bucket of ice and two wine glasses at 6:15 and got a response at 9:30 asking “what time I would like it delivered”…. Umm 3 hours ago. At $1400 a night I would expect the old Ritz service. The pool area was overwhelmed by guests from the beach Ritz to the point where it was impossible to get a drink. They need to limit the number of people allowed guest passes and give priority to people paying way above meeker for rooms there. Disappointing at any price but definitely for $1400 a night.
