The stuff very unprofessional, the lady at the front desk very rude

Nice place for a quick stay.

It was fine for one night. Shower was not powerful. The door locked the barrier behind us and we had to break it in but it didn't break. Need more towel and it took a bit of time. Look was crowded full crowd last night.

The property was located in a odd spot next to a construction suppy yard on a side road with no street lights leading to it. After a five hour ride to arrive at 9:30pm, it would have been nice to have been greeted with eye contact and a warm welcoming smile at the lobby desk instead of a feeling that that you were bothering the staff. I suppose there was little to no hospitality training or the night staff front desk individual did not attend for a smile goes a long way at the least... it was the most unwelcoming feeling I ever received as a hotel patron. The breakfast that was paid for through the Expedia reservation was not available the first morning from staff miscommunication advised. The next morning the pancakes were cold and dry the bagels were hard like bricks, one 4 inch small bottle of syrup was provided after asking for one since none were present. And anther hotel guest came to our table and asked for the syrup since that is all that was provided. When asked I was advised that the hotel didn't have any butter either?? The employees were embarrassed. The lobby desk employee (who was nice and hospitable) could not offer any credit or refund since the booking was not placed through them. On the morning of the third, day a blow dryer was finally provided after asking 4 different employees from arrival. Perhaps this is petty, but the tv channel changer only went in one direction and would not respond to any specific station request- you had to cycle through all.

The hotel rooms were very clean and the staff and front desk were accommodating to all needs

This hotel was sufficient. It was not great and not terrible. Beds were fine. Shower door had soap scum on it and the floors didn’t seems completely clean. The bathroom light went out in the morning but we were checking out anyway. The housekeepers did not clean up the leftover coffee I made and take the used keurig pod out of the machine. The place was very convenient to family we were visiting.

The breakfast staff were great. The pool is advertised as a heated pool however it is not heated. There's nothing to do around the neighborhood.

Easy access to nearby attractions and towns. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Bed is clean and comfortable. Plenty of charging ports and Quiet at night too. Easy and safe parking. Pool is clean, breakfast is good.

The hotel was nice and clean. It has a restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also has a bar. The only downside is breakfast hours are limited. They should extend breakfast until 11am. The room was clean and spacious. The beds are soft pillow top and comfortable. There is a variety of soft and firm pillows on the beds that you can choose from. The bathroom was clean and is stocked with Dove Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Body Lotion. There is also a hair dryer. The toilet and seat should be replaced. The toilet had rust marks inside the bowl and the seat had a peel mark on it like it was painted. They have an indoor pool that is open from 10am-10pm. It’s kinda small but the room is clean and heated. I had one issue with staff to which housekeeping knocked on my door at 1030am my first morning there asking if we wanted fresh towels, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. They did the same thing on the morning of checkout also. They knocked on the door at 1015am asking if we were ready to leave, but check out isn’t until 11am.

All good but the shower Very weak water flow

Complete disaster. From check in to check out. Rude staff. Filthy cloudy pool with phlegm floating around in it and no pool towels. Room not cleaned prior to check in. Doors that dont lock and can be pushed opened. Avoid avoid avoid. Close proximity to dorney but not worth it at all.

Property is located near park and has several options for food. However, hotel is dated. Bathroom is warn and in disrepair. The pool was out of order. You have to sign a waiver for towels. Breakfast cost 15$. Can visit local Dunkin’ Donuts for better options. It served it’s purpose.

Very happy with my stay.

The only good thing about this hotel was the night housekeeping crew. Overall everything about this hotel was a waste. I will never come back again

Didn’t have cots. No hot tub. Pool was closed.

Found a dryer sheet between the beds and 1 bed didnt have a comforter on it and sheets were a little messy. Shower head was dripping even though water was off

Property needs maintenance . Pool area is dirty.

Property was exactly as expected. Good options at breakfast. It was better to prepay for breakfast as it was more expensive upon arrival.

Clean

Our check in was horrible. I had called a day ahead to touch base on a couple of things as there was a few rooms involved. Upon arrival the things discussed ahead of time we're not happening. After a very unpleasant discussion the man on the desk made it clear that he was not changing his mind. I asked for his supervisor and things just got worse. I do not appreciate being treated so poorly! I will never stay at this property again, nor will the other 7 people in our group. I guess customer service is a thing of the past, which is pretty sad!

Terrible Staff! Impolite people!

It was a mediocre stay. It worked for what my daughter and i needed but i wouldn't do it again. We had to pay $25 a day for 2 breakfasts and the selction they served was awful so we didnt even utilize it. Waste of my money. The staff was ok. Some were more friendly than others. Parking kind of sucked. I had multiple charges from the hotel and when i asked why, they said there system was messed up and gave me 4 extra charges on its own. Thankfully the bank didnt approve them.

It was adequate. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The room did not get serviced and towels were sent Up when we called. The breakfast was advertised as cooked to order which was not even close. It was a buffet and the hot food was cold. They were just getting in equipment to make your own waffles and for oatmeal. The people who worked there were very friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was small but pleasant. We were there to go to Dorney Park so it was adequate for our needs.

There was a fire nobody made sure everyone got out safe nobody made sure everyone got out at all nobody let people know it was safe to go back into the building spent the majority of my night in my car tried to call to complain to management but the rude people at the desk refused to put a manager on the phone they said the manager would call me back I ever got a call back management is incapable of doing their job
