We had originally booked a suite, but 1 in our party canceled. The hotel moved us (at our request) to a standard room, at no charge, no questions asked.
Bed was comfortable, as was the couch. Balcony was huge, and so was the bathroom.
A train runs by the property at regular intervals, but other than a very light shaking, you would never know.

My room still had a deodorizing tub/ fan running when I checked in which lead to a very strong scent in the room. The fitted sheet was very wrinkled, and had me concerned that it had not been changed by the cleaning staff. If it was a clean sheet the wrinkles make it look very unprofessional. The heat / AC fan was also very loud.

Room was well appointed and spotless. Cleaning staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Restaurant food quality was underwhelming but restaurant wait staff were excellent.

Great location, great views - easy , quick to walk and get to all the various shops of downtown Salmon Arm.

Just an overnighter. Everything was great except for the not so good service in the Brixx Brewhouse where we ate our evening meal, and even poorer at breakfast. The food was fine though. Reception service was excellent however.

It was a later evening check in for a family. The room was big and comfortable beds.

The female receptionist was quite rude when we were booking in, we had a debit/mastercard but she was adamant that she couldn’t use it to book us in (we had used it everywhere else on our two trip around Canada) when asked what was I supposed to do considering the room was prepaid I was told that was not her problem. Luckily my husband had a travel card which had just enough on it so we used that instead however, her general attitude was very condescending and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Beautiful stay here, we loved using the paddle boards and e-bikes. So romantic and tons of options for sitting outside on balconies or by the pool or on restaurant patios. Our room was lovely and well equipped.

The resort was fantastic. Great decor, well kept and it was great that there are two locations for dinning. If the coffee shop is not open the staff place free coffee for guests. That says a lot.

I really like that it was quiet, the location was good, views and scenic walks.
I didn’t get a room with a balcony, which is what I thought I was getting and to change, would have been an extra cost. I was celebrating my anniversary and the restaurant couldn’t really accommodate room service for time I was hoping because they had limited staff and it was a hit busy.
Overall it was good.I would stay again and recommend.

Considering the price, the beds weren’t the most comfortable and we were kept awake and woken up by the people staying above us. The kids loved the pool though and the room was clean and fit our family of five.

Unexpectedly high levels of service, our stay was incredible. From arrival to departure, property staff went over and above on all fronts. A very personalized and curated experience. As someone who is lucky enough to frequent high end properties professionally, getting all aspects of a stay perfectly is very rare. Prestige did this for our family and we will be back.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The pool is great and pub and restaurant handy. You can rent bikes and paddle boards too.
Near the rail lines (which I didnt hear from my room in the back) so expect to wait for a train when trying to drive somewhere during the day.

An amazing location next to a bird sanctuary… AC worked wonderfully and hotel was quiet and clean.

Very nice hotel for small town. I had view of bird sanctuary on lake. Eco-conscious. Spacious room with fridge and bathtub. Quiet. Good food at in-house restaurant -- I had an outstanding salad.
