Toilet was lose and leaked

Rip off they asked how many ppl in room it was just me and 2 kids they charged $10 per night for each child which is insane I would have said no one else was with me if that was the reason they asked. Smelled of weed!

From a bed that was not made to AC units that did not work and a feel of not quite right, if we had arrived earlier, we would not have stayed. There was no manager or anyone authorized to help. We did not shower because it was not clean. It was easily the worst accommodation I have encountered in a decade of regular travel.

Everything was good and they have a good breakfast.Rooms are very comfortable and has everything we need in it.These are my favorite motels.

Remote to TV didn't work. Replaced batteries, still didn't work. Had to unplug TV to turn it off.

The stay was nice. Showers were powerful and all towels were clean. It could use more of an upgrade, but management seems to be committed to doing just that. Would use them again for sure. Its not the four seasons, but again for the price it was more than adequate. Metal base for bed. Bed was comfortable but base squeaked when you turn while sleeping.

I just wanted a place to sleep. So i wasn't expecting "fancy", but for the price of the rooms, they need to be clean and dust free, with no broken walls. I forgot to take a picture, but the patch job they did to cover the hole from the bathroom door knob still had the visible crack line.
The room had a 2 door micro refrigerator that was hid behind the door of the "entertainment center", and the coffee pouch was just one regular, and 2 decaffeinated, so for my second cup of coffee I used both decaf pouches.
My bad was i didn't read the rules beforehand and they aren't pet friendly except for service animals and i was in town for a animal auction.

The breakfast, with in 1/2 hr. needed to be restocked, but it was not. Very little to start with. Did not take kindly to the $50 deposit, they checked the room before being fully checked out. No, you don't get your $50 back, it is taken off credit card bill in a few weeks.

The rooms smelled like mold, the ceiling on the 2nd floor was falling and was all over the floor, the shower mats need changed.

The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful! But the rooms need lots of attention. Very dirty. Looks like when we checked out one of the cleaning ladies had their kid or kids with them.

Ceiling in upstairs hall has severe water damage. Upon arrival our rooms bathroom was still dirty. Stains on the wall and tv and remote was nasty. I cleaned that part myself with wet wipes. Area feels safe. The breakfast was good despite all the other issues.
