The accessible room was spacious and clean but although the room had both inside and outside access the door to outside was permanently locked. There was only one disabled parking spot too. None of this was communicated to me by the front desk staff member, even though I asked, so it made it difficult for me with mobility issues to unload anything into my room. Additionally, I wrote the hotel directly 3x and they did not reply. Not professional or considerate! On a positive note, the hot tub, hot breakfast and location were good.

In a time where service and properties are getting poorer, this Super 8 was fantastic in every way. Extremely clean, very polite and switched on service - and very well maintained. I would go out of my way to stay here again!

Was a nice hotel, nice staff, nice stay. Price was a high for not a whole lot to offer, but on August long weekend, every hotel was crazy price. Would stay again.

We loved the free breakfast. We had the pool to ourselves for a good chunk of time, which was fun. The stairs area smelled pretty bad at times. Old carpet, farm ish smell. Overall lovely stay

love the continental breakfast and friendly staff from when we checked in. close to mcdonalds, dollar store and other fast food restos just across the street. very convenient!

A great hotel for a one night stay. Hot breakfast was wonderful! Beds and pillows were clean and comfy. Swimming pool was too cold to swim in, but the hot tub was good. The room overall could use renovating; carpet and couch worn out and lamps rickety. Bathroom very tiny; toilet two inches from the door!

AC in room is on a motion sensor. My room was 24 when i checked in, i turned it down and went for supper like i normally do. When i came back it was still 24. It would only run if i waved my hand in front of the thermostat every 5 minutes. That means when i went to sleep the AC would shut off and the room heated back up. Terrible design. Wouldnt stay here if it is going to be hot out and you need AC.

Wash room door lock was not working. Fan in washroom was super noisy. Toilet was not working properly. Pillow covers are not clean. Lamps are not working properly.

Arrived after a long journey, receptionist was very polite and courteous, (Mandy), everything explained perfectly and recommended places to eat,Toured all around USA & Canada and she was the most helpful young lady we met, an asset to your business.

The front desk worker (Mandy) was super friendly, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area.
The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The beds comfortable and clean as well.
The waterslide was really fun and the hot tub was nice and hot, not lukewarm like so many other places I’ve stayed.
If I’m in High River again I will stay here for sure! Excellent value for the price.
