The hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms could use a few updates, like new carpet and doors but other than that our stay was very comfortable!

This was a great stop. The pool was warm, the rooms clean and comfortable. The front clerk was very kind and had a lot of recommendations of places to eat and things to do.

We stayed in a king suite, which was quite large and spacious. The bedroom and living room were separated by an open doorway, so it was nice to have 2 separate spaces. Check-in was great. Manager Michael gave me all the information I might possibly need and was very professional and informative. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast attendant did an amazing job at keeping things clean and stocked. The hotel felt a little older, which made it feel not as spotlessly clean, even though I found no cleanliness issues, just normal things that come as a building ages.

The room and location were good but we had a rain storm while I was visiting and the rain came into the room from the window that leaked all around. This rain pooled on to of the AC unit. Other than that, breakfast was good. Overall this hotel was good.

Everything about the stay was great except breakfast. The did didn't taste well and all the juice was super watered down. However, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The evening gentlemen at the desk was fantastic.

Hotel was clean but somewhat dated. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, bed was very soft. Microwave in room was possibly from the 1980s or beyond.

Check in was quick and painless. Very friendly gentleman at the front desk. Room seemed to be made and cleaned but after further inspection there was vomit in the toilet and splattered on the wall and also on the bathtub in our room. Quite gross to find that! Its also hard not to judge too harshly seeing as its normally a sub par hotel at best but I had to pay CFD pricing which was like paying for 4 rooms!

Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was supposed to be an accessible room. A single grab bar in the shower does not make the room accessible. The toilet was very low to the floor and made it very difficult to use the bathroom.

The pool & hot tub are closed for renovation. The gym is too small for even one person to workout comfortably — the only functional equipment is 3 cardio machines — no weights, no room to move.

I didn't appreciate the lecture concerning the way I made my reservation which was through Expedia. I was told I was lucky to have gotten a bottom floor room for dogs and that it would be an extra 50.00 fee which I didnt have a problem with. Then, I would be charge another 50.00 just in case something happened to the room for which I hope will be refunded. I felt like I was being punished for staying there instead of a paying guest. It's no wonder there weren't a lot of cars in the parking lot. I will choose another place to stay the nextime through Wyoming.

Nice staff and easy check in. Even though they are remodeling they still had room for our truck and trailer. Breakfast was nice but nothing fancy. Easy access from freeway.
Beds are super comfy and even close to freeway it was a quiet nice and good sleep to rest to get back on road.

The lobby was very nice and well appointed as was the breakfast area. Our room was decent and clean. Lots of stains on the hallway carpet but there is a big renovation project going on so soon everything will be looking fresh, clean, and new.

Stayed here a year ago and the 3rd floor was closed, it remains closed. My room was handicapped assessable and the hideaway bed springs were broken and my son had to sleep on the cushions on the floor. No extra bedding such as pillows for the hideaway. The window allowed air to come into the room making a loud wind and whistle noise. I didn’t get much sleep and had to comfort my granddaughter because it scared her.

The hotel location is not what it appears to be in pictures. The hotel is sandwiched in between a Home Depot, a close highway and other hotels. It's an older Best Western that has not been updated. The noise from the highway was constant! I did not get a 100% safe feeling from the hotel. The staff were the best part of the stay, friendly and nice. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this Best Western hotel.
