Check in staff was friendly. the computers were acting up so took a little longer but not their fault. Room was clean and comfy! We will stay here again.

Great stay. Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My wife recently had foot surgery and required accessible assistance. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were set up with the perfect room. Much appreciated. Only demerit was the hallway carpets were slightly tattered which made it a little tough on my wife’s knee scooter. Sure it’s in the plan to replace soon. Otherwise an excellent stay!

There was an awful smell when we entered room. Reported and they offered to move, but we had to leave for wedding. They tried but it needs addressed. Also the toilet didn’t flush on first try ever so wonder if plumbing issue. Sewer smell.

This property looks great from the outside and when you walk in the lobby…. But the general hallways need help, the carpenting is horrible looking in wear and tear and smelling like an old airport. I’ve been at many Hilton Gardens in Orlando with a lot more tourism. I’ve never seen such nasty hallways on every floor. On the first in front of some of the conference room doors their is gross large stains… there is some wear and tear in rooms as well!!

Clean, friendly staff, great location, quiet. Has a small cafe, quesadillas were very good. Great place to stay for shopping! And 435 is just a mile or so away for easy access to the rest of the city

Overall the property was great. The floor we stayed on needed to have the hall carpet replaced. It was bunched up in areas and there were a lot of stains. Our room was great though, clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The staff is amazing! Rooms clean and the lobby is a greatly decorated. The beds are comfy and the showers hot. Great for business or travel.

They do charge $50.00 Incidentals. Hopefully will be refunded quickly. Place was clean, had a small but nice pool. Don't count on free breakfast. If you want the works it'll cost you $14.00 plus tax. Good location. Room was quiet.

The room 231 seemed to maybe have been smoked in. We had to leave early after the 2nd day because I started having breathing trouble.

The room itself was fine. The carpet in the hallways was buckling, old and very stained. The pool and hot tub area was too chlorinated. Hotel is close to everything and staff was friendly.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about cleanliness. The room wasn't so bad other than a drawer on the dresser kept coming open because of the dip in the floor. The carpet in the hallway was disgusting. It had large stains and it was shredding. The chairs in the dining were dirty and gross. The tables looked like they had cup rings and streaks. It was imbedded in the tables because I seen the help clean the tables and they still looked dirty. We did however enjoy the 3 patio areas they have. Not worth the money, could have stayed in a Motel 6 and been cleaner and less money. Oh, and you had to join Hilton rewards to get free WiFi and you had to pay $8.97 for continental breakfast or 11.99 for the grill. I do have to say the staff was pleasant.

Located close enough to the highway for convenient access to it, yet far enough AWAY from it so that traffic noise didn’t interfere with a good nights sleep.
Appreciated having a Keurig coffee maker in the room.
