The hotel is a lovely little hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. The room fit three of us nicely. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner in our room was not working on check in and it was a very hot day. They gave us a fan for the night and thankfully it was fixed the next day. Didn’t offer anything to make up for the lack of a/c.

INCREDIBLE hotel! The room was small but exactly what we needed. Five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and easy access to the train. Nice restaurants nearby. Staff was AMAZING! Would definitely stay there again if our travels bring us back to Paris!

In a quiet, upmarket part of Paris. Plenty restaurants, shops and bars near by. Convenient location for the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Reception staff were brilliant throughout our stay. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was recently refurbished so was pristine. Would definitely stay again.

Property was convenient to Eiffel Tower , the Seine River and Arch de Triumph . Dinning within steps . Rooms were small but adequate. Metro fairly close by . Perfect for a visit to Paris .

I recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and had a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived early, the staff was accommodating, securely storing our luggage and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The front desk person was particularly kind and helpful. The room was impeccably clean with a variety of towels available, which was a nice touch. Its proximity to the Eiffel Tower was a major plus - we enjoyed nightly walks to see the tower sparkle on the hour, which was truly magical. The area is also great for dining, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. However, there was a minor issue with the bathroom amenities. The soap provided did not have a proper container, which made it a bit inconvenient, and the quality of the soap itself could be improved as it left residue on the sink. The issue with the soap is minor but could enhance the overall guest experience if addressed.

We had the best time staying here! The staff were so lovely and kind, accommodating every need we had. The hotel itself was in a perfect location with the view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony and a short walk from cafes and shops. Would definitely come back again!

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Nice bar area, outside patio, lobby. Staff at check in so friendly and helpful. Room small but totally suitable for two. Rooms in Paris typically small so was not an issue. Great bathroom and very comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

Came to Paris for my daughters 9th birthday and they had chocolates and a birthday sign in our room!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank You very much for the hospitality, we will most definately be back! Overall, lovely hotel with excellent location to restaurants, Eiffel Tower, and shopping. Nice amenities and wonderful customer service. Our room’s carpet was very dirty - stained and not vacuumed.

The room turned out to be much smaller than in the photographs. Toiletries are much cheaper than shown in the photos. Breakfast was ordered to the room at 10:00, but delivered at 7:00, plus you need to go to the restaurant yourself to get warm food. The interior is shabby and needs renovation. The climate control is noisy and needs to be turned off to get a good night's sleep. At the checkout, there was double charge for city tax, so I had to claim for refund

Check in was a very pleasant experience! Mayowa (pardon me if I’m not spelling it correctly) was very welcoming, polite, respectful and helpful. As a customer, a smile and ability to make eye contact when speaking is very important. Another front desk staff ( her name I think is Anne) was very helpful and pleasant. We had the family suite, and the pull out bed was all set up for the 3rd occupant. Room was clean but small but it worked for us since we were out most of the day. Main bed is comfortable and sheets were clean. Refrigerator had complimentary drinks of water and juice. Bathroom is clean and spacious, but the shower water pressure was very weak. Hotel location is very close to Eiffel Tower, lots of dining places nearby, pharmacy across the street and a convenience store around the corner. We walked most of the time we were there. 5 min to Eiffel, about 30 min to Arc de Triomphe, 45 min to Notre Dame.

A great hidden gem. Close to the Eiffel Tower, all forms of transit and the river as well. Very central and easy to get to and from. Mayoma the front desk ambassador is a pure delight to deal with. Friendly knowledgeable and a great representative.. All the staff were exceptional to deal with. I will definitely be back!

The property location is very good and staff is welcoming but paying so much for this property (450$ a night for family room) is not worth it rooms are very small, showers don’t work , corridors are claustrophobic, property looks very old. Also would not recommend to have there breakfast as it’s very less options for 22 euros / person (you can get better options elsewhere) I would never come and stay here again because if you are paying this much for a room there are better options in Paris which I have been too, they are rated as 4 stars on Expedia and in front of the hotel but for me it seems like a 2 star place have stayed in better properties within Paris
