Dirty and non professional stuff

This was my most disappointing stay. The views are amazing however the hotel is not up to standards. The cleaners don’t know what they’re doing and the hotel rips you off as often as they can and can’t communicate clearly in English. Over my 10 day stay, nothing was replaced in my room, except my towels, the cleaners came into my room despite do not disturb sign being on. The initial room I paid for was not as described on the website, so they upgraded me at a cost then charged me a horrendous exchange rate, which meant I paid an extra 400 euros for a 10 day stay and they gave my initial room with 180 euros a night to someone at a reduced rate of 70 euros… shocking! I complained to start with but gave up in order to not ruin my own holiday. The bed cover is so light I was cold every night and kept telling them. Eventually for an extra blanket but the cleaners kept removing it! I was desperate to get home! It was one of my most expensive holidays hotel stays… and it was disappointing - the hotel food and breakfast is not good enough either and the wine etc are not good enough. This is not a 5 star in international standards! I tried to complain and cut my stay short but hotels.com didn’t care as it was non cancellable so I would have to lose the whole cost to go elsewhere and pay again. Don’t be duped. They charge less if you’re Turkish!

Absolutely lovely hotel .11 out of ten.Very good value,amazing beach ,amazing restaurant ,amazing staff and amazing everything which you can think about it.One of the best hotels I ever stay.Good job!

Great amenities and options around the beach area. So many independent places to hang around; best for the corona virus situation. Rooms need some sort of renovation

Nice Place in Patara Very Warm and Cosy and Romantic, Beach is a Walk down but there are shuttles, Breakfast and Staff are great reception is welcoming. Sea View Rooms have spectacular views.

Excellent foodservice for both dinner and breakfast. Many very nice employees.Downside:Some disappointments that seemed to reflect on management:A/C in one room that didnt work on arrival.A room fridge that didnt work.Laundry that was misplaced and not returned on time.An employee who didnt initially return change for a boat transfer.Minor annoyances that wouldnt keep us from staying there again.

Rooms are so outdated. Terrible. The bathroom was so bad, the shower curtain was stained brown at the bottom, the air conditioning was terrible. I felt like I was renting a cabin with how old everything was. Would not recommend.

This hotel makes faulty towers a 5 star. When we arrived the pool was out of commission,the room they gave us was disgusting,there was no lock on the patio door the Venetian blinds were all broken and as you went out onto the patio they all collapsed onto me,the air con unit was like a generator and you could not sleep with it on as the noise was brutal,we were supposed to stay 2 nights and left after 1

Front desk male Manager was abrupt and rude especially to other female staff. Restaurant service was awful... order and cross your fingers, often not getting what you want. Wait for food and service in every restaurant on the resort ridiculous. Actual food was very hit and miss. Poor English by wait staff especially the several young men meaning simplist request was difficult, very disorganised especially at breakfast. Very disappointed.

This hotel is older but that is what makes it so beautiful. I hope the owner keeps it as original as they can for as long as they can. The staff was so friendly and the place is so well kept. I will definitely go back again. A hidden gem.

this hotel really is all about the location. spectacular view, set in the cliffs above the sea so you can swim in the ocean. its also brilliant they have a no kids pool, which is a salt water pool. However the downside is they play music by this pool, disturbing the peace and quiet those without children have gone to that pool for. The rooms are fine, nothing special, clean and comfortable. But its the location one is there for. Internet was broken most of the time. Lots of steps to get down to the pools and sea, so not ideal for the elderly. But we have been back many many times simply because of the no kids area and the salt water pool. (Please turn the music off by this pool!!) and the sun terraces above the sea are very special. its a 5 min car ride to Kalkan shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and plenty of space. The spa has a Turkish bath onsite and their staff (Alex) we're professional, friendly, and spoke perfect English. The same cannot be said for the hotel staff however who for the most part spoke very little English. One waiter resorted to usin a translate app on his phone to communicate with us. Most of the waiters had no idea what they were doing and no direction from management so we regularly waited 10 minutes or more for drinks from the bar, and that was when the bar had drinks in stock and the Waite did not have to go to the restaurant to get tonic or wine. The restaurant food for breakfast and lunch was good but again the language barrier meant ordering was challenging at the best of times. The air conditioner in our room had to be repaired 3 times during our stay and was still leaking water on the day we left. The hotel manager listened to our comments and complaints but although he made the right noises, it was clear that nothing was changing.

They said they complained to the Mayor about it but nothing they could do. Next night so much buzzing in my ears I couldn't sleep. They said they would fumigate my room.Next night the same.I had over 100 mosquito bites.

Wonderful hotel in prime location, with spectacular views. Great service and friendly staff. Communal areas are super. Rooms are a bit tired and dated and are ready for a refurb. The hotel was so traditional and lovely though that the old fashioned rooms didnt bother us.
