I feel like the pool area needed lots of attention. The water was very chlorinated. It lookd run down outside the property, even with the new paint job. Lots of trash and weeds...

Comfortable beds & clean room. Housekeeping cart left in main hallway 24/7. This was also around the corner from the front desk & next to the breakfast area. Difficult to handle luggage going in & out of hotel. This is also where 3 to 4 staff would congregate & block hallway. Food service staff grumbled to herself the entire time while working & glared at patrons. Very odd! Dining area & tables were not cleaned during breakfast. Only at the end of service time. We stayed an additional night & paid the hotel directly. My credit card was charged for an additional night the following day after leaving 2 hours before checkout. We have contacted the hotel directly for correction. They claim to not see an additional charge. We will refute the charge with our credit card. Only book & pay through Hotels.com app from now on.

Great stay

The staff was kind and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. Walking distance to several eateries and plenty of shopping. Within 5 minutes drive to the Beautiful beaches! Best advice given to me that I can pass on: Do Not park on the sugar sand, or your vehicle could sink and you would need a tow. ALWAYS take out more trash than you brought in! Make it a tradition to pick up some trash while visiting beaches...every little bit counts!

Close to the beach, dining and shopping.

The hotel was great! The room was clean and well designed. The breakfast was very well thought out with a great variety of choices.

The breakfast offered was wonderful. The toilet in our room wasn't working well and required numerous flushes. The front desk told us that desk lamp was unplugged because they can't get the correct light blubs. We paid over $300 a night for a room that should have cost under $200. But the staff was friendly and overall the stay was good.

It was comfortable and close to the beach and shops.

The doors open and closing you can hear everything..people outside in the hallway you can hear them as well.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay. Room was perfect and housekeeping refreshed the towels, discarded the trash and made the bed every day. That’s not the standard at most hotels anymore! Breakfast was pretty good - decent choices. Pool was nice. Free parking (just wish the lot was bigger). Also, the property doesn’t look like the pictures. They’re in the process of updating/remodeling. It was quiet at night despite that. Shopping and restaurants nearby and beach a few blocks back. I’d stay again.

Check in was great. Room was ok. Comfy bed and great breakfast. Location is good. 10 min walk to the beach. There was a psycho staying next door. Cussing horrible things and throwing things against the wall. One main concern is the Wifi. Although they give you a password, the network is public. Anyone can get in, so your devices are not safe.

I loved it, the service was excellent, efficient and very fast, attentive and very friendly staff, I recommend it!

We booked this hotel becaise of the location to an event nearby. Was within walking distance. Was perfect for 1 night, breakfast was good, a little limited but what they had was good.

Everything was perfect!

Great stay. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was outstanding! Rooms were very clean with exception for a small amount of mold in the caulking along the bathtub. The room was cool in temperature but didn’t think it was 65 like we had it set to. Every staff member was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Checkout time is 11am. At 9am housekeeping knocked on my door, woke us up (we got in late the night before) and showed off we checked out. This was on top of the roof repair that started at 8am... We were on the top floor so we heard all the noise of hammers and equipment.

I enjoyed my stay! Everything went I expected.

How its viewed online is not what it is when you arrived. Stained carpets but other than that, it was quiet and in walking distance to everything

Walking distance to the beach and shopping. Free breakfast was a nice perk. Would be a convenient place to stay to spend time at the Destin beaches.

Perfect location! Walking-distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! Also, there IS on-site parking…not sure why it doesn’t mention that.

The rooms were clean and nice- newly updated. The morning breakfast had great choices, too. The location is great for Destin and extremely close to the water. We just wish the hallways, elevator, and parking areas were better taken care of. The elevator had the same big "spill" stain on the floor our entire stay (2 nights). The rugs in common areas were extremely dirty the entire time and the parking lot had trash discarded in it. But like I said, our room was clean, so we let the other stuff go!

Ive stayed here before, but everything's is getting old. TVs were a crapshoot if they were going to work.

This hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and nice. It was a nice way to get away for a few days.

There was construction going on in the lobby and breakfast room which caused some inconvenience. Also the cable was out for 2 days so for someone staying alone it made for long evenings/

The water was only lukewarm, had a chilly. Shower.

Overall very good property for staying walkable distance to beach

Our room was outstanding. Very clean, lovely blinds, clean, clean, clean! The lobby was filthy. None of the icemakers worked. The breakfast table was not to the highest level. Fake eggs garbage containers were stacked to the gills in the kitchen where we ate. Our room was outstanding. Maybe I should put that at the beginning. I’ll do that.

Close walk to beach. They were currently reinventing but it did not mess with our stay. Would stay again .

The door to our room was damaged and you could see into the room. The door appeared as if it had been pried open with a crowbar at some point in the past. The hotel was also under renovation which would have been nice to know prior to booking my room. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.
