I have stayed here several times and each time it has met my expectations. The pool upgrades really were nice and helped make our experience even better. We definitely will be staying here again in the near future.

Its a beautiful resort. The only thing is the self parking is far away. Wish it was under ground. The pools were amazing and fun.

Overcrowded pool. Slow service. Everything else had an additional charge for things that should have been free. Seemed like the hotel tried to make it as inconvenient as possible to their guests to charge more.

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet during our anniversary stay. We enjoyed the lazy river too.

Everything was great. We experienced our first monsoon and at at Tia Carmen which was incredible.

The best resort stay experience I’ve had in the Phoenix area in the last 5 years. Service, food, resort experience, room, poolside drinks, and activities were all impeccable.

Here's a refined version of your review: --- The location is exceptional and the pool renovation was impressive. We paid over $1,000 for a suite for the evening, where the check-in, valet, and bell services were all exemplary. However, the service left much to be desired. For Mother's Day, we rented a cabana at over $1,000, which did not include any food or beverages. It took our server 45 minutes to greet us, and our initial food and drink orders did not arrive until 90 minutes after we were seated. Our server checked in infrequently, about once every 45 minutes to an hour, compelling us to often fetch our own drinks at the pool bar or rely on pool staff to take our orders on their phones. It was evident our waitress was overwhelmed, managing all the cabanas and chairs in our area by herself—a clear oversight in management’s staffing. Dining at the Asian fusion restaurant that evening proved mediocre. The food was average, and the service was lackluster. We ordered a kid's steak plate along with our main courses, but the child's meal arrived 25 minutes after the other entrees and was undercooked and tough. We chose to simply ask for the bill and leave. Despite its potential and renowned name, we found this property overpriced and underwhelming in service quality. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Kids loved the lazy river

The rooms were the quality of a Best Western! I expected more "WOW" factor in the accommodations. The grounds were awesome, and facilities were excellent. Overall, not worth $1100.00 per night!
