Very nice location with an amazing view! Rooms were comfortable and everything worked. Staff were super nice! Rooms had a basic modern layout. Wish the rooms had a microwave but they do have one in the ice room.

Stayed in a non-view room and it was average with a refrigerator without a freezer and a pod coffee maker. Nice view at the dining area and the continental breakfast was ok. Nice property to walk around

Considering the sink had cigarette burns around it, may be a good indication that it’s time to replace it.
The mattress was not particularly comfortable, however the best part of the motel is the view which is spectacular.

We loved our stay here! The room was clean, spacious and the view was unbelievable! If you needed something they were right there to take care of you. We have recommended the property to others and we will be back.

This place is a gem! Friendly greeting. Room was great and super clean. And then there is the view from your back patio door! It truly is oceanside, in your backyard. In the evening we watched and listened to the tide rolling in. In the morning we watched the sunrise! I don't normally do reviews, but had to on this motel!

Very nice and Comfortable stay. Room was a decent size and all the rooms looked east over the bay. All in all, a nice place to stay. It was only a couple miles from your choice of Many restaurants. The room is spacious and I really Appreciated That all the soaps and shampoos were in pump Bottles that don’t have lots of packaging that gets thrown out.

Check in was OK. Person was not happy to be there. Somewhat personable, not rude but just didn't want to be there. Room was comfortable but the air conditioner did not seem to work properly. Overall, stay was mediocre.

Rooms were updated and modern. Bed matresses were very uncomfortable. Too much incense in the breakfast area gave us a headache. Good...modern and convenient location. Bad...matresses and heavy incense smell.

Great location on the coast. Rooms have a view of the water (Glen Cove). Short driving distance for food in either Rockland or Camden.
Property was great, check in and out easy, and the staff pleasant and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the only negative comment i have is that they have a waterproof bed protector on the bed which is so noisy and (i felt) created unnecessary heat while sleeping. Other than that, it was a really good stay.

A family friendly place. Beautiful views of the cove. Self serve breakfast was adequate. The air conditioner in our room was very loud and we wished they had more light and a full length mirror in our room but other than that we had a decent stay.

Ledges By The Bay was an okay place. The staff were very nice to us. Some of the room updates looked very pretty. However the furniture was cheap and wobbly. The mattress was flimsy. There was a roach of some sort in our room as well as an earwig in the shower. There was a gap by the door to our room leading outside where bugs could easily come and go. The view from the room is really beautiful out into the bay. The drive into nearby Camden is really convenient. We spent a lot of time in Camden and enjoyed going on a boat ride. The Sea Dog restaurant in Camden is wonderful.

The pool was small no hot tub and limited lounge chairs. Did not have a “resort” feel as was stated. I was a bit taken a back coming into the lobby and having the Indian restaurant near by.. smell was overwhelming. Otherwise room was comfortable.

We enjoyed staying at the Ledges. It had a beautiful view of the seaside and was centrally located between Camden and Rockland. My only suggestion is they put screens on the sliding doors so guest can enjoy the breezes from the sea without the bugs.

A disappointing stay overall. The lodge requires renovation. Pool lounges are only 4, and a couple are broken. The room was not pristine: water stagnating in the tub, drain did not function, hair all over the bathroom, trash bins not emptied after room service, etc. I wouldn’t return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ledges, and in Rockland in general. The hotel was clean inside but needed a good pressure-washing outside. The beds were kind of hard and, since I slept next to the wall, I have bruises on my shins from hitting them on the corner of the bed when I got up! Just minor, nitpicky things. We will totally stay again if we are ever back that way.
