Overall it was a great stay! We went with our 3.5 year old son, and another couple and shared a deluxe room - it was plenty roomy for us. We got in on a Tues right around lunch and our room was ready! Staff was extremely friendly. And we left on Sat morning. We were in the Corsair building on the first floor. Location was excellent and good amenities - love the bigger room fridge w/ freezer and the fact you could cook in your room! We did not utilize it much but we may do so next time. The only minor thing was they did not clean our room while we were there and I thought they would by the 3rd day. They could have come while the back door was deadbolted? I'm not sure. Prior to the 3rd day, they did stop by and check on our needs so we got a couple extra towels then, and emptied our trashes (filled up fast). I would recommend this resort and would definitely return!

The personnel were very friendly and accommodating! We accidentally forgot a pair of sneakers and they mailed it to us.. That was exceptional!

Loved the location right on the beach! Very nice staff!

Parking spaces were narrow. No recycling bins. Books in room were a nice touch. Kitchenette convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Sand chairs and beach towels provided. Would suggest that ports for charging phones, etc. be installed.

Room was old and musty . They called our room Beachfront but the only thing we saw was blacktop and cars. Sorry but the whole place needs an overhaul .

The staff were always helpful and accommodating. I wished the on-site bar/restaurant was open later and I wished there were vending machines.

This place has become a staple for my family over the past 4 years. We enjoy the breach front property and the cleanliness. It could use some updating. The staff is lovely and so welcoming. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

I need a room for a service dog n they moved me from upstairs corner balcony to downstairs back corner with NO view except the Trash cans . We stayed in some persons room named Bumper. After I asked they did credit me a $160

Nice to be directly on the beach! Hotel room was clean and staff was very nice.

Despite a nearly empty property in the fall, we were stuck in a room with no view, a very tricky entrance, and high traffic being the first room others had to pass. Our outdoor area was inside a giant vinyl fence vs adjacent to the pool, grass, or beach. The spotlight to this patio was super bright for getting an knfant to sleep. Fridge wasnt cold enough to store food and has signs asking not to adjust. Pool and hottub close at 6pm when you'll be at dinner at nearby seafood restaurants. The beach, however, is AMAZING! Chairs available, early morning walks allowed more distance onto other private beaches, awesome shells available at low tide, and quiet on the fall.

We were totally pleased with the facility and the amenities. Staff was accommodating and very pleasant. Room was very functional with a mini kitchen that had quality appliances. The bedding was extremely comfortable. We plan to revisit again for sure.

The location was awesome for us. Will return.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. Our room was clean and spacious. There was a moldy smell to the room that we had to air out. We did bring our own cleaning products( Lysol and Clorox clean up) that definitely helped. The staff were all so nice and helpful. I can’t say enough about Ms. Bev !! The location was perfect!! Right on the beach and literally 20-60 mins away from from many of the places we wanted to go. We went from P-Town to Chatham and enjoyed every moment. The beach right outside the door was great. We used the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as the indoor pool. All the amenities are just steps away. It was also nice to have a full size kitchen to make some meals. Especially traveling with children.We will definitely be staying there again.

Nothing unique. Property redone but still had old vibes.

Received a phone call after making reservation and the woman implied that we were paying more than shown. When we arrived however the balance due after the deposit made was correct. I think she just explained it in a confusing manner. Check in was easy. Due to Covid, no daily housekeeping, but they were very good at replacing exactly what we left out for dirty towels, responded to a note for extra toilet paper, and picked up bagged trash from our door. Amenities were only two small bars of soap-no shampoo or other toiletries and no facial tissues. Hair dryer, small refrigerator with microwave on top almost out of reach. Room was small and table impeded access to closet. Large screen TV but only place to watch it was from the bed. Only two straight back chairs with the table and no other place to put them. Back door led to enclosed patio but it had not been cleaned recently and there was litter on the ground, tables, chairs, and barbecue grill were all dirty. Chairs in front near pool were in better shape and that area was clean. Pool was nice but we were in shoulder season and many days they never took the cover off. Beach was right there but was difficult to see and access was down a set of stairs. Indoor pool and recreation center across street. Many games but no pieces to play in sight. Pleasant surprise they had a piano there in good working condition. I am learning to play and would would have brought some sheet music. For the money a more comfortable room was expected.

Wonderful stay there with family. Clean rooms, conscientious, kind & attentive staff. The owner even called ahead to ask if we needed anything specific and to tell us about our room. Heated outdoor and indoor pools, dreamy location right on the ocean. We will absolutely be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay! Though the weather was kind of rainy, only one day of sun, we were very cozy in our suite and loved being able to make dinner in the full kitchen! The suite was super clean and being seaside meant even if drizzly we could sit under an umbrella to read a book and listen to the gentle waves on the Nantucket Sound. Think this is a great place for families with small children and groups

Room was nice and comfortable and very clean. All areas of the resort were very clean and offered hand sanitizer. Beach was very nice and everyone was social distancing. Had a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Easy check-in and check out. Room was small but clean.The bed was almost against the air conditioner in the window which made it hard to get out on that side. The bathroom door stuck when you had to close it tight. Great location on the beach.

My boys had a great time. the options of pools, play room and beach, made it even better. Planning on going back.

A great hotel with an excellent location, clean rooms, and a very nice staff.

Everything was great. They did a very good job considering the circumstances of being in the midst of Covid 19. Helped us to feel safe. Only suggestion would be keep up with the cleaning of the heated pool.

The room we stayed in was spacious with a dinette and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Queen size bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.

Right on the ocean. Free breakfast and ice cream parties for all ages.

We had an amazing stay at this place! We booked the junior suite which was two rooms connected. The second day of our stay was when the three tornadoes occurred. The area had no power for over 36 hours! Mark the owner was so awesome throughout providing breakfast and lunch for his guests while we had no power. He provided flashlights and constant updates as to what was going on. The man did not stop though he must have been so stressed. He even jumped into the pool fully clothed when the grills were blown in there! Sapphire, the woman at the desk offered information on local restaurants that had power and helped us book another day to make up for the time lost. The rest of our stay went great relaxing with the three pools provided, the bar, and the private beach! I would definitely recommend this establishment and we plan to return soon! We were relaxed and we'll entertained throughout.
