Great for a night going to a wedding

Woke up at 2:30am with a bug crawling on my neck! Killed the bug and took it down to the front desk. We went to breakfast, then left our key cards at the front desk. Never heard from them! They had plenty of time to talk with us at breakfast or at check out or since then! Not a word! No apology, No refund, No free next time accommodation! Nothing!🙄

Clean, rooms were larger than expected, friendly front desk staff. Kids liked getting to meet the dogs that were staying with other guests.

Lack of proper funds to keep up with maintenance needed to maintain excellence. Ellensburg, Wa. looks very depressed!! It makes me sad.

Breakfast was good! Facility condition could be better! The room door key did not work due to the lock issue. This was frustrating every time!

Room key card did not work, tried 3 new cards and had to settle for a card that had to be inserted/removed/jiggle/remove/insert see red light/jiggle & if lucky green light would appear. Truly a frustrating process that was never solved. Will think twice before returning.

We stay at this hotel routinely, when visiting our student at college. Love the room layout and location. Price is reasonable and it’s comfortable. However, there are a few things that really need to be improved, but I’m just going to focus on the number one problem: the key card system. It is terrible! The last several times we’ve stayed there, we’ve had continual problems getting our key cards to work. We’ve heard other guests complaining about it as well. When you’re out at night and return to the hotel and stand at the back door, trying and trying to get your keycard to work, it’s incredibly frustrating. Same as standing in the hall, desperately trying to get in your room. It’s so bad I am considering looking for a different hotel. And it’s not because we’re keeping them too close to our phones - mine was nowhere near my phone, and I had to replace it at least 6 times in 3 days. If this hotel wants to keep customers, they must upgrade to a better keycard system.

I like the style of the room, comfortable bed, cleanliness. Bathrooms were stocked and clean. Staff is friendly.

Quiet, easy and convenient check in and out. Amazing breakfast with a very friendly worker on the morning of 5/28/24.

They had a terrific breakfast bar, with a variety of healthy choices and good coffee. The breakfast staff was very responsive and kept a kept the food area tidy and well-stocked.

The hot tub was just what I needed for my aching shoulder. Plenty of clean fluffy towels right there at the spa. Very good breakfast. Courteous staff! Very roomy and clean! Highly recommended!

A surprisingly nice hotel in a small town suffering from seasonal winds!

Had a lot of trouble with room card key working, took several attempts each time and had to go to the front desk several times to get assistance. Hotel is clean but kind of run down; walls are somewhat thin, there was noise from other rooms and the lobby. The breakfast was decent, however, and the rooms did have good coffee.

Comfortable bed and spacious suite. Nicely set up. Breakfast was good as well!

The property staff was absolutely amazing. so friendly, sweet and helpful.

Even the fruit was sticky. Jetted sunken tub in bedroom instead of bathroom, offered no privacy Very noisy - could hear people in hallways and going into the pool from our room No extra bedding in closet available

Very friendly staff. Despite the fact that I checked in at night and couldn’t figure it out, the manager was in touch with me for about 40 minutes until I found my number! All amenities! 5 stars for everything!

Breakfast still had an hour left and there was minimal items available, did not looked replenished.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. A little noisy but tolerable. Good breakfast and area felt safe.
