Hotel was very understaffed, but that was ok. The 3 rooms around where we stayed were extremely loud. I asked them to try to keep it quiet(at 11pm) and they ignored this. I talked to a staff member and she said she could do nothing, I asked for another room and she said there wasn't one without even looking(she was on the phone with a friend). We had to leave the hotel at 11pm and find another hotel.
Terrible stay and I feel I deserve a refund.

Rude staff. Horrible TV reception. No washcloths. Half of the breakfast food wasnt put out. Did i mention RUDE? I only stayed here because it is the only place to stay. ALWAYS a problem in some way.

Bathroom lights went out during night Told hotel staff was not even offered an apology nor credit Hotel was short staffed Overheard management telling staff they had to come in the next day regardless if they were sick

We had 4 rooms which were all bad!!
One room was not clean
The other room, the HVAC was leaking
The other room had no AC
The last room needed a new battery in the smoke detector which did not get fixed once we asked for it to be fixed

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the lady at the front desk. With that said, it was horrible. We will NEVER stay here again! The pool was not accessible, We reserved two rooms, one of the rooms had BLACK MOLD in the vent. This will be reported to the health department. This is unsafe and needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY ! The young lady was attentive and moved us to another room. The toilet seat in that room was CRACKED! The other rooms air vent stopped working around midnight. The refrigerator was not working. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! The price of both rooms are over inflated and the property is run down. AWFUL!

Faulty fire alarm that went of at 3am, and we had to leave the building.

Fire alarm went off at 3:45 am. NO staff on premises. A guest called 911. Apparently someone smoking in their room. We were in parking lot for over 1 hour. Breakfast horrendous. No fruit. No cereal. Coffee disgusting 2 days in a row. Bathroom toilet handle broken, water ran entire time. Alarm clock set for 1 hour behind. We missed breakfast first day due to time setting not accurate. Staff however very friendly, courteous - at least those who were at work besides the one not on duty during alarm. Compensated with $60 gift card for future stay.

Will never stay at this Best Western ever again, room was not clean, ice machine didn’t work, roaches, dirty toilets, trash under the bed. For three days we had no housekeeper . Not a great experience. Paid a great deal of money for the room to be like that.

I like that the property is in a convenient location.
I think that it is overpriced for the location and the amenities.
I guess they can charge what they want since there is not competition.

Patrick has a great personality I loved his conversation! I remembered him from the last time we stayed there because of his sense of humor. When I got into the room I saw a scum ring in the toilet and NO toilet paper! The breakfast was sparce with syrupy coffee. I showed the coffee to the lady who set up breakfast and she said it was supposed to be like that. When I told the desk clerk about not having toilet paper she didn’t respond. Their customer service was poor at best. They were too busy chatting to be working.

Everything was very good until I went to breakfast, I went Down at 9;00 am and there was nothing left. It was picked over. The coffee was good. I was Told it was served until 9:30, there should have been fresh food. There were other guests there looking for food.

We stayed for one night while visiting with friends outside Kilmarnock. We arrived late and left early, so did not use any amenities. Main issue was amount of noise in adjoining rooms.

The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly. They are very welcoming.
The toilet paper holder is broken and the shower was not very clean- including several hair strands and the shower soap dish was moderately dirty with soap residue and what I hope was dirt.
There are few places to stay in this area. I would stay here again if needed mainly because of the front desk staff and how safe it feels.

I had booked 2 rooms, one under my name and second under someone else in our party. Forgot that I had done this. The Travelocity receipt did not have 2 names to remind me of this. Desk clerk was confused as was I, until we looked up by confirmation # rather than my name. Putting the name with the confirmation # would have prevented this.

We stayed there for Moms funeral. The staff was informative and friendly, the breakfasts reasonable and the location to where we needed to be with family convenient. We’re grateful for the bed and the space but there’s no place like home!

The room was clean. Service was great. Bed was soft and comfortable. My only issue was I got NO sleep. There were people yelling and slamming doors between 1am and 4am. By the time they stopped I was so mad that I couldnt sleep. I would stay again. Just hope that never happens again.

Very average over Saturday night stay but room was too close to front desk/staging area for cleaning service which started at 6:00 am Sunday morning. If you book here get a room as far away from front desk as possible. Second floor!

We have stayed in this hotel several times but has gone downhill. It was always nice , smooth , no problems at all. This tome the bathroom was dirty , the lights stopped working , and a group of loud kids were in joinng room.

The room was fairly clean and comfortable. The curtains didn’t provide much privacy. Lots of noise can be heard from the parking lot and a strange knocking noise in the middle of the night/morning. Front desk service could be more friendly and welcoming.

Our overall experience with this hotel was okay. While the hotel staff were very nice the breakfast, odor in hallways and outdoor activity were not appealing.

Property is old but well taken care of. In good location near downtown and food. Breakfast had all the basics & hot coffee. all the staff offered excellent customer service with lots of smiles.

Front desk employee, Patrick, made this a really good stay. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made checking in and out easy.
