Nice hotel. 10 minute walk into the old town. Roof top pool. Staff friendly. The gym was quite poor with only cardio machines and not weights.

I liked the location, access to beach and restaurants. Pool was nice. Walls in my room were dirty. Mattresses are so old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. Air conditioning , non existent.

Hotel was good, restaurant excellent for breakfast and comfortable room. A little noisy but that was guests.

Really easy check in very helpful staff even rang a local takeaway because it was very late to check they was open

The best things about this hotel were the price and the breakfast. The standard of cleaning needs to be improved because for a 4 star hotel it’s very lacking. We found hairs in the shower and a finger or toe nail of a previous guest between the sheets and quilt cover. One of the pillowcases also had holes in it.

Loved this hotel. The room was clean and very nice. The food was amazing! Was a short walk to the beach.

Hotel good but a little far out if you want to be in the thick of things!!
Having said that, it's only about a 15 minute walk from the dove park.... up-hill...

Couldnt fault the hotel for friendliness and cleanliness. Only five minutes walk to tapas bars and shops. Food was good although not particularly hot, but, you know the English for hot food! My one concern was one of the microwaves was damaged. The plate was cracked and chipped and there was damage to the floor inside the microwave. It looked like it had melted and burnt. I brought this to the attention of reception who immediately went to check. We were only at the hotel for two nights so not sure whether the microwave was replaced. It could be that, despite the damage, it was safe but I am no expert! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, only down sides food not that great, plenty of choice but all Spanish, and also a long way from anywhere a lot of walking involved or 10€ taxi fare each way.
