Needs better cleaning

Older facility not big on the extras, but was clean and quiet and budget priced.

Simple space with exactly what I needed. Clean and easy to find. All one level and parking right in front of your room. Nothing fancy, but that's what I was looking for. Really kind and helpful staff. Great space, great price, all the expected items one would need. Unexpected bonus - mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

It's nearly impossible to find pet friendly hotels for big dogs, and I have two. The owners were GODSENDS. They too have a German Shepherd and they were accommodating and friendly and I wish they owned a hotel in every city I have to stay because this was above and beyond good customer service. The rooms were clean, no bed bugs, no fleas, no problems. The grounds were clean and had lots of places for me to walk my dogs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I enjoyed my stay in room 114. The tpilet made a strange sound when flushed and I passed the hotel several times as it is hard to see, but the room was clean, the hotel was quiet and I would stay again.

I have stayed about a dozen times over the past two years .I pick it because it is always very clean and quiet. The family running are quite friendly.Obviously it is not a new motel but with their efforts it is quite nice.

This was a nice, quaint motel. I read positive reviews and decided to try it out. It was exceptionally clean, to the point that I found myself looking for something to nit-pick but couldn’t. Water pressure was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This will be my go-to when I’m in the area!

Property is sufficient for convenient trips to local diners and shopping. Everything is as described in their accommodations. I didn't have any issues.

Basic,simple room. No complaints

We appreciate families purchasing, upgrading and running individual properties. They need to train front desk people. When travelers arrive at a property, they are tired and don't need confrontation, superiority or threats. We have stayed at many family owned properties with wonderful service. Not this time.

This is a family-run business. The desk clerk--one of the family--was friendly and stated that they monitor the outside with cameras and evicted 400 persons during their 1st 3 months in business who brought in numerous visitors, used drugs or were loud. Drink machine did not work--no vending machines--no ice machine. The front desk has do-not-disturb sign to put on the door. It felt safe there. It was clean. All rooms are on ground level--park outside of room. Reasonable price--I would stay there again.

Located off the main road so I felt very safe staying here. The room I stayed in was completely remodeled and very comfortable! Nicely done, just a simple room. Has a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Nothing fancy, no breakfast, but if you are looking for an affordable place to stay the night, this place fits the bill. Brand new Chick-fil-A being built right across the street. Waffle house and other restaurants a block away. I'd definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here multiple times over the years. Nothing fancy but great for an overnight stay while traveling or visiting family. Always clean and friendly staff.

Cleanliness

I’ll start with the pros…the family that either own or manage the hotel are extremely warm and friendly. The hot water heated up quickly and kept the temperature you like. The cons, unfortunately there are many. The walls are cinder blocks, so you’d think it would be quiet, yeah, umm, nope. All night I heard the person in the next room fart all night, they should see a doc about that, then on the other side, I listened to that person wheezing all night. The furniture reminded me of the hotels that were new in the 60’s. Absolutely nothing matched, floor, chairs, bedspread, it was absolutely ugly. The blanket that was on the bed was so “pilled” and rough feeling on my skin, that I scratched terribly in the morning. The inside of the door was unfinished. My absolute “favorite” was the price, for the room described above, I had the pleasure of paying $77!! Isn’t that wonderful 😂😂

not bad for the price I guess buy probable should of spend another 15 dollars and got a better place. was clean though and did have comfortable pillows and mattress

Very reasonably priced - I only needed lodging for one night, so reasonable price was very high priority.

Very basic motel, just the bare minimum on amenities--no breakfast, pool, fitness center, etc. But it was a convenient, clean, safe, comfortable place to stay for the night, and the cheapest in town (at least for the night I was there). Nice, friendly check-in. A little dated, but I've stayed in worse hotels that charged more per night. Pretty quiet since it was a little off the main road, but there isn't a lot of sound-proofing in the doors/windows. I could hear the loud engine of a truck starting just outside my room and people talking as they walked by. But if the AC/Heat is running, it drowns out all the noise. I would stay here again.

No frills place to sleep. Clean and friendly

I was pleasantly surprised by this motel. Other than having issues with the ice machine, the motel seems to be very well kept. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I felt safe.
