Clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient motel for our overnight stay in Eden. Reception super helpful with suggestions for dinner and coffee, breakfast on site in the dining room a bonus.

We had an overnight stay, what a great welcome. We received lots of recommendations for things to see and best places to have dinner at check in.
Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent shower.

A very spacious room exceeded expectations with a modern bathroom. Not sure if the exhaust fan for the bathroom worked but the shower pressure and hot water were excellent. Beds are comfortable, towels soft and convenient park right out front.

Extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. Friendly staff who allowed us to have our pet dog stay with us in pet friendly dedicated King room. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We were booked for 2 nights and had to cancel both on the day of arrival. I can understand a one night penalty but to keep both nights without even the courtesy of a response just goes to show how greedy some people can be.
I can understand the penalty for the first nights accommodation but to keep both nights is in my view over the top.
We will be frequent travellers to Eden and will not be using this motel.

The set up of the room was really great. It had enough kitchen supplies to make our meal. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also a great convenience. We arrived late so not a lot of contact with the staff.

Not only a very pleasant place to stay,, very clean, comfortable and quiet, all staff were very welcoming. We were travelling with our pets, and the place was not only pet friendly, it was pet welcoming. Many thanks.

It was a good stay as we had a dog. The only thing was we were not told it was an extra $15 for the dog when we called on the phone from the girl, she did apologise which we were fine with. Pool would have been a great option but unfortunately it was not operational due to a table and chairs in it and not clean. Other than that it was nice

Great, relaxed atmosphere and staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was cleanliness. I cleaned the room for myself and family to use. I was told new management wa just about to take over and deal with the issue.

Good location, easy parking, rooms were clean and tidy, facilities were okay.
Negative’s were having to use the same sink to wash dishes and wash ourselves and the fact that it’s advertised as a ‘Queen’ bed when it’s actually two single beds pushed together without a topper. It’s a linked double!!
Effectively you’re sleeping separately or for one of you it’s the join and extremely uncomfortable.

Room good size came with kettle,toaster, microwave, fridge and toaster was handy as usually leave early so was toast and coffee was on the menu. Note they do do a light breakfast which was included.
