Fast friendly check in, very clean room and spotless bathroom. Bed was comfortable and a cook to order omelette for breakfast!

We chose to stay at this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. We had been camping two days prior and wanted to relax. For breakfast, the lady made us omelets and we had waffles. One complaint was the mattress caused both of us to roll towards the middle.

We were disappointed that the king room reservation that we made was changed internally to an ADA king room. There was not a comfortable place to sit & relax, only the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable, the enormous TV was hung very high (almost to the ceiling), which made it very uncomfortable to view.
This was our second stay at this hotel, things seem to be slipping as our first atay was great. It really wouldn't take much to make the guests stay more comfortable & enjoyable.

Breakfast omelets were good. The rest of breakfast was poorly stocked and of low quality. Said breakfast until 9am,but they started putting food away around 830 to 845am. Rooms were okay, but very outdated. The motel had an area outside for pets. Pool was nice and clean. Staff were friendly but understaffed. Towels and supplies were not available. This is a basic motel. Nothing special. We would rate it a 5 out of ten. Functional but nothing special.

What a find!!! Lots of 5–star reviews and the deserve it!! Super clean, comfy beds, pool and hot tub were spotless. Fresh omelets made to order included in the free breakfast. Bakery and other restaurants within walking distance. We will stay here and recommend to our friends that may be traveling through the area.

The staff and service was great.
We found dirty Kleenex on the bathroom counter and on the floor underneath one of the beds.
The breakfast was fine, However, as people leave the breakfast area, someone needs to clean the tables.

I have stayed here several times. It is always clean and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. It is in a very quiet peaceful town. There are usually deer in yard in the mornings!

We were told all the rooms were Non-Smoking, but our room Reeked of Cig smoke. We would have left but there were no other options in the area for our stay and There were no other rooms available at the StayWise. The front desk lady was vague about why this room smelled so bad, and apologized, gave us a Smoke removal spray and a Glade PlugIn which was empty! We sprayed every surface in the room, turned on the AC, opened the window and went out for dinner. When we got back the smell was tolerable but heavy floral. The next day, sprayed again in the morning, spent the day out and the smell was tolerable.
The TV remote needed new batteries, there was cig ashes in dresser drawer, and the mattresses feel like lumpy old spring mattresses. I was so glad to leave,

The room was great the ac was great the mattress could stand to be replaced. We rolled to the middle the first half of the night then hubby moved to the recliner and I moved to the center of the bed.

Overall we were very happy with the handicapped accessible room. My only concern was the carpet was worn/rippled and could be a tripping hazard if not taken care of.
The employees are friendly and helpful. The popcorn was a nice touch.

The property is older but in pretty good condition. It was clean and the staff was excellent. But why do they leave all the windows open in the pool/hot tub area. It was freezing in there and made the experience awful. Otherwise, a good spot for a few nights in Cedaredge.

I've been staying at this property for years. The staff continues to be very friendly. And although the hotel is clean the rooms need updates. I forgot my own pillow, which is a big mistake. You get numerous pillows on the bed, But they are all very worn, lumpy and flat. There was a noise issue with other guests that I don't recall in the past. Luckily it ended by the time I was ready to go to sleep. The outlets need to be replaced. I had to use a folded up coffee envelope just so my plugins would stay in the outlet. There are very limited options in this area, and I wish there was more effort in upgrading the guest rooms.

Lots of dead ( and some live) bugs in window sill (inside and between glass panes), on top of the AC/heater box and floor. Sink was clogged.

Plastic bathtub creaked badly in rm 210. Need to put more electrical outlets near bed & desk (lights with outlets!) Had to rearrange furniture to use cpap machine while sleeping.

Can’t say enough about the hospitality. I came down with food poisoning (on vacation). Called to see if we could get an early checkin since I was so sick. They let us check in at 11:00am! Great front desk clerk. The room itself was neat, clean, no problems. Only thing I saw that could use an upgrade was the outside landscaping.

From the outside it looks a bit run down, so I had misgivings as I approached. My misgivings were misplaced. This is staffed by a hard working crew that runs a clean hotel. Breakfast was a treat with omelets prepared for the individual guest.
