Turin is unlike other cities in italy. We found the hotel was located in a central area that was in easy walking distance to sites, shopping, restaurants and bars.

Had a lovely time in Turin. The hotel was within easy walking distance to everything, sites, shops, food places. Reception staff were very helpful and showed us places to visit on the map.

The hotel is located in the historic center. Approximately 15 minutes from the two city stations. There are many cafes and small restaurants near of the hotel.

Small room odd fixtures and fittings and a very small bathroom

Great location, but parking can be difficult. Good breakfast, good deal for location, friendly staff.

The staff is Very kind, they are always helping the tourists with an excelent attitude. It's a good place for visit the north of Italy.

This hotel looks grand on the outside. It occupies two buildings with reception on the ground floor of one while the hotel itself is on the fourth floor of the next with no interconnecting walkway. A lot of extra charges we hadn't expected - city tax 2.30 euro per person, off street parking 25 euro, in room wi.fi connection 8 euro & breakfast. With all these additional charges we probably could have found a nicer hotel. We were given a pin number for the building which didn't work & initially there was no electricity in our room because repairs were being done in the building. The bed was not comfortable but the room was clean & the bathroom good. Breakfast was crap - that's the best I can say about that!! The concierge spoke english, which is always a bonus.

Very friendly staff....excellent breakfast with homemade pastries, yogurts, expresso, meats and cheeses....clean room with balcony,on a quiet street, adequate bathroom...although a couple of floors up, they do have an elevator...would definitely stay here again..very reasonably priced.

Certainly not worthy as a 3 star hotel. Staff were quite unhelpful. It was not even close to the photos posted on the internet. If my room had been on the net, I would have picked another hotel. When I looked around I discovered dirt in the corners of room and general impression of unclean. The TV was held together with selotape, and none of free to air channels were available. When I mentioned it, I was told the desk staff would let the manager know. Nothing happened. I mentioned it again the next day. Again it was ignored. My bed was not made nor my towels changed after 2nd night. Final straw was at check out when they tried to charge me an extra 37 euro for internet use. I had only used 1/2 hour and it should have been 1.60 euro. Over the 5 week trip I used a lot of hotels, and this was the only one that was a complete disappointment.

We traveled from overseas with two small children (5 and 2 yrs old) and stayed for several days. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had plenty of space and the room was comfortable and quiet.
