Good location, good staff
Food could be improved. We paid to upgrade to all inclusive food bundle but ended up having lunches & dinners at the nearby restaurants.

Great location with good service. Good breakfast. Walkable to most tourist sites. First time in Warsaw, and really liked the city. If we return we will definitely look at staying here again.

Excellent stay, start to finish. Clean, comfortable and quiet - the three things I am looking for when I travel for business. The lounge on the 19th floor was top notch. I would definitely stay here again.

The change of room setup, the very limited food at the club and unresponsive staff is a huge change from my previous at least a dozen stays at Warsaw Westin. Very disappointing is an understatement. Unresponsive front staff manager was an insult to my senses. Despite his admission to agree with my observations and concerns, nothing was offered. Huge disappointment to my friend and myself. I’m sure the management can do better.

The hotel was ok the WiFi and the air conditioning could be better. I did not like the bathroom you can get a better hotel at a more affordable price. Overall the hotel is in a good location and it did the job.

This is a very comfortable business/ city hotel conveniently located in the city center. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They keep a very high standard and impressed me all the time!

Perfect bed, pillows, room condition. Comfortable room. Only bad thing, had an issue with breakfast seating. Hotel doesn't have enough tables when hotel is full. Good problem for them, not so good for guests.

It's in a business area so it's a long walk to tourist attractions, but it's a very nice hotel.

Really wonderful check-in process and representative that helped us was great. Nice location. It is walkable from the train station, also close to some points of interest always love a heavenly bed and bath at Westin, was surprised that the shower had some grout missing around the floor/shower entry that looked pretty gnarly and I wouldn’t expect to see and haven’t ever seen at a Westin before, but the bath was great.

The hotel is very good but the air condition at the room did not work good enough. The air was stuffy and on top of it you are cannot open a window to let some fresh air in. It was disapointing. Besides that, a great hotel with very good breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay, I look forward to returning. The hotel needs a little refurbishment and a couple of new toasters for breakfast.

Room was okay but not spectacular. I left message (written note) at the main desk and it was never delivered nor were the people of the note it was intended for notified.
