Beautiful hotel

Very comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast. Lovely comfortable beds and very modern.

Very clean room, modern facility. A good spread for breakfast, but only wish the restaurant staff spoke a little bit of English. The only negative about the bar was one of the worst pizza I ever ate.

Excellent customer Service with neat and clean property. Closed to Shopping Mall center. Very convenient to go around using Uber or Concierge services. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Except my TV didn't work at all during my stay although I brought it to the attention of staff 3 times since the day I checked in. Each time Maintenance personnel told me that it will be fixed soon, but it never happened Staff should take care of stuff like this especially when guest is staying for 6 nights, otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

The facility and rooms were in need of a deep clean. Room was dusty, some areas unclean, the buidling and room AC do not cool well. Very hot nights... Staff did have room service touch up the bathroom after our arrival. Most staff were pleasant to interact with. Largest complaint was the heat and the room's cleanliness disrupting comfortability of the stay.

Dear follower, please make sure, if you book a pool in the Hotel, you'll not get it for free! A little disappointing that there was no word in the reservation.

This hotel is really good

Hotel facilities are new and modern but team lacks an excellent, customer-friendly 24-hr concierge service. Getting a taxi at night is difficult because of the inconvenient location of the hotel (quite far from Major thouroughfare) and nobody is around in lobby to help. They advise clients to take Uber!

All of the staff spoke English (which made it easy on us) and they were all so professional and attentive! Would highly recommend.

Service and staff very helpful. BUT I had so many issues with my room. I was in a special needs room. First night I arrived. No TV remote control.Thermostat not working and no mini fridge in my room. Called and they sent up someone from maintance. Brought in a mini fridge. Worked on the thermostat and was going to send a TV remote the following morning Day 2- got up and found fridge leaking… all the special food I bought because of my dietary restriction had to be thrown out. TV control I had to call back in the evening and it was then sent up. Then the iron and ironing board were missing in my room. Called and one was sent up. Day 3 .. That night Thermostat still an issue called front desk and was told that the maintenance staff comes in at 8 a m and will be sent up. And they did send someone. Day 4 . I was out on a tour in the morning. Due to lack of sleep because of the room temperature came back to the hotel for a nap mid afternoon. My room was not fine. When I called front desk they said that I had a do not disturb sign!! ( which I believe I did not have but asked for it to be done up. Post dinner and tour upon our return to the hotel around 9.30pm my room was still not made up. Someone was then sent up to have it done. Upon check out I spoke to the staff in charge since the manager was not in. They had noted all my calls and issues. But said there’s nothing they can do . I should write to them.Sad. No issues at the other 3 hotels I stayed all at.

Easy access. The staff was very helpful! We enjoyed the food in the dining area, delicious.

Very nice hotel. Good service, nice rooms, excellent spa, excellent food. However, every is extra and not cheap. Breakfast is 25 euro per person. Entrance through the pool is 10 euro per person. In hotel restaurants are very good, but very expensive. Maintenance wise, the hotel is basically in a good shape, however the air condition has stopped working, and the toilet vent fell on my sons head from the ceiling… when I complained to the front desk, they offered me ice for my sons head…

The hotel was welcoming, clean, and had first class service. The only negative was no access to a pool without paying the daily rate of €20.

Ideal hotel short walk from the airport metro lives up to the Sheraton service standard.Front desk staff had every detail arrange as arrived after midnight.Spar facility good and executive club room well worth the extra cost
