Ñot a good place

It was like they didn’t even clean the room, and it smelt like someone smoked a pack right before I walked in by far worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Johnny at the front desk is awesome and very professional.

So disappointing. It seems the quality of the service has gone down. You have to beg for clean towel and sheets. After 4pm to get clean ones. I stayed here numerous of times. I went 2 days wth no clean linen They allow the meth heads to get away with there traffic in and out all night. The room next to mine had 8 people staying They took out the community microwave.

The room given had trash clean full of trash not sure if it was clean. The mattress was not only old but out of shape, one side was already pushed down. When bringing attention to the front desk, (Latino guy with tattoo on face), he refused to switch us a new room, saying owner will not allow. He said he can do a refund but at that I had no other choice but staying because i was late for my event.

The fire alarm in the room was removed but not installed. The toilet bowl was not cleaned, it was clogged. The service staff said that they could give some refund because the toilet was not clean, but in fact, no refund was given. Compared with when I lived before, the situation now is not good.

The worst place I have ever stayed

Was really disgusting the room was dirty, the shower had stains on it. There were bad people around, when we arrived the police was there because the recepcionist had a problem with some who wants to stay there. After we saw the room we asked for our refund and start looking for another place. I am still waiting for my refund. They told me it would take 3-5 days, hope to get it tomorrow.

We were unaware of the property's awful condition when we booked; partly our fault for not researching enough. We booked two rooms through Expedia and both of them were at the ground floor. One of the rooms was not even prepared; the sheets were dirty, the room hadn't been cleaned after the last guest, and there was a bad smell with water on the floor. Additionally, there were homeless people loitering in front of the door. The other room was in an okay-ish condition. The beds were made and relatively more livable. Perhaps this is why it was one of the cheapest options, but compared to other places we've stayed, this experience was unexpected. We booked online based on a 3.4 rating on Google, taking a chance, but we've stayed in many different hotels/motels and never encountered such conditions before. Feeling unsafe with my wife and kids, we decided to leave. I'll give a 3-star rating for the front office guy who promptly refunded the full amount without hesitation. Perhaps if you're alone, on a budget, and need a place for the night, you could consider this location. However, I would strongly advise visiting the place before booking, if possible, and considering the upper-level rooms.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the black mole in the shower room was not available until an hour and a half after the designated check-in time. This delay inconvenienced my plans and set a negative tone for the rest of my stay. Furthermore, I overheard other occupants complaining about broken TVs during my time at the hotel. This not only raises concerns about the maintenance of your facilities but also reflects poorly on the overall guest experience. Adding to my disappointment, the thin walls in the rooms allowed me to hear intimate activities from neighboring rooms. This lack of privacy is unacceptable, especially for a place that may be frequented by families with children. The walls were so thin that it created an uncomfortable atmosphere, making it unsuitable for a family-friendly stay. Lastly, the size of the rooms was notably cramped, with one of the beds positioned uncomfortably close to the air conditioning unit. This arrangement not only compromised the comfort of the room but also raised concerns about the safety and well-being of guests. I believe these issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay and fall below the standards I expected from this establishment.

These people are crooks. Laptops,paperwork for trust hearing was taken. Person working was very uncoperative,was told to get my $$ back from Expedia. Too many things went wrong to explain. Manager was to be in @11,1115 I went there to be told mgr. was not coming in and would call me. Has not happened. As far as I can tell hotel employees are involved.

Prostitutes knocking on my door all hours of the night. On check-in we specifically asked about the night time noises, etc. and we were told it was quiet without annoyances. Talk about an understatement. Complaining did not work. As a matter of fact, I was asked to leave.

Bugs everywhere! Within 5 minutes inside the room i had killed about 10 roaches. Hardwood floor and counters had stains and messes. One of the towels had a huge wad of hair in it. The ceiling was caked in dust. Toilet was dirty. Clearly had water damage to the bathroom door and walls. Outside, their are people standing around smoking and yelling at each other.

I usually let so much pass with an economy motel. Unfortunately, there was too much to be disappointed about. There was no remote for the tv, no towels for the bathroom, and no blanket for the lumpy bed. Add to that the noisy neighbors, who may be long term bookings, and the sketchy guys hanging around the parking lot and balconies and it was an overwhelming disappointing experience.

Well, to start things off, I had to wait almost 2 1/2 hours for a room. I was told the rooms weren't cleaned yet and that the maids were on lunch for an hour. There were multiple blood stains, there was an insect that resembled a tick, in the bathroom. The mattress was HORRIBLE. Definitely time to get new mattresses. I tried to flip the mattress over, to see if it might feel better and not be so caved in, and I found a pair of Men's underwear, that looked to be covered in semen, under the mattress. Unfortunately, I didn't realize how horrible the room was until late at night, and I was already too tired to deal with anything. I was supposed to stay two nights, but ended up check out the next day. I tried to get coffee, while I was getting ready in the morning and was told that more coffee needed to be made, to come back in 30 minutes. I returned, 30-60 minutes later and still nothing was made. I was told to wait another 30 minutes. Needless to say, I never got my coffee and just checked out. I will never recommend this property and will never stay there again.

Front desk clerk was very rude. There are way too many people roaming around the hotel asking for money, cigarettes etc makes you feel very unsafe. Hotel overall is very dirty and outdated. No comforter or blanked, just sheets. Room was not clean and towels were dirty. Do not recommend specifically if you’re traveling with family. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The only thing that made the trip ok was they switched us to another room. A little bit better, bed had a little comfort but the room was dirty and smelled. We cleaned it ourselves with a lot of rubbing alcohol.

I have stayed at many Motel 6's. This one is the worst. I stayed for 5 nights and in total, killed 7 roaches. My room had a weird smell. The TV was broken. One of the lights didn't always work. It was noisy throughout the night.

The property was so ghetto. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The shower curtain was disgusting. The room was filthy. Cigarette butts everywhere including in the room on the floor in the trash. Currently waiting on my refund

No TV, could feel the springs on the bed, spiders webbs on every corner of the room. Best thing was it was downstairs.

Check-in was horrible, waited almost 30 minutes for them to find a room at 10:30 @ night. We alrrady has reservations made. The room was very dirty, including the floor. It was cheap so yoi get what ypu pay for.

I have stayed at many Motel 6’s, as I like that they don’t require a deposit or a pet fee; however, this by far is the worst one I’ve stayed in yet. We were checked into a room that had no towels, no bed sheets, no soap or ice bucket and cups. When asking for these items, it was like pulling teeth. I understand that this is a two star motel, But I feel like this is the absolute bare minimum. The night time manager was a help though. She didn’t have any attitude. The younger boy at the front good have cared less.

The location was stetchy. The walls were punched in and not well covered. Parking came with the room but we actually had to park on the street because people parked in two spots. We didn’t have a cover just sheets to keep us warm. Overall it was okay for a night
