The room we were given was ok. You can see the age of the property. The grounds are well kept and the pool we visited was clean. The front desk employees were pleasant. There are drain issues in the room we stayed in. Standing in two inches of water while showering is pretty gross. The sink drain was slow, as well.

Bathroom had odor from drain, did not like being called 3 times being pressured into timeshare presentation.

I did not like the staff in the front desk. They were rude and not compassionate at all. It might have been because we are Hispanic people. Also, the room was really small that we stayed in. The other thing is that in order to go to the JW across the street we had to not only pay for parking, but had to wear a bright yellow wrist band so everyone at the JW knew weren’t staying there. The bathroom at the JW was disgusting. When we checked out I tried to tell the girl things that we felt were not good and she blew us off and said she was sorry but in a sarcastic way! We will NEVER stay there again because of the way we were treated!!!!

Only problem I had was a little miscommunication on our luggage being delivered to the room. Zac and the manger on duty was very hopeful and pleasant.

Air conditioning went out not good when living in phoenix. Spent the night at this amazing resort a few blocks from out home. Beautiful property, well maintained and a real feel of luxury. Went to JW on the same property for dinner at Tia Carmen. Best chicken I have ever tasted, kids meals were amazing. High price but a shareable meal to spread the cost. Highly recommend.

Great spot for a family. My kids and I loved the pickle ball court and ping pong. They give you access to the JW Marriott across the street with a lazy river, etc. All of the staff were so kind and helpful.

We stayed here last minute due to an unexpected trip. Was was unexpected was how great this place was. From top to bottom, very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it.

A great stay. Condo was beautiful and spotless, as was the complex. Loved the covered parking. Convenient to shopping areas and restaurants. Pools, spas, gym, cafe fantastic. Staff friendly and always ready to help. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay. Will definitely back.

Enjoyed our stay room was clean and had a balcony outside entrance was helpful. Staff was courteous.

We arrived around 4pm as this was check in time. They told us our room was not ready. We had to wait an hour or more to check in, which doesn't sound like much, but when check in is already as late as 4pm, it was upsetting. Especially when you have a very tired little kid. Also, it would have been nice to at least have someone come in and get our garbage. I know we are in the Covid times, but come on.

The pictures do not reflect the rooms. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. I didn’t realize Marriotts could be this bad. It was really a motel with the Marriott name. Rooms smelt bad and were very outdated. We tried to upgrade but they wouldn’t let us because we booked through Expedia.

We had such a great time! So many activities for my family. Kept us busy with so many arts and crafts, swimming and so much more! The staff were outstanding! Loved loved loved it!

everything was good ..but there is no to many options of transportation inside the place

I found the patio door unlocked upon my arrival. Shortly after I arrived, some sketchy man knocked on my door saying he was "security" and needed to "check my batteries." I am elder and alone - not a safe feeling situation. An unidentified extra $50 showed up on my bill after checkout. I won't stay there again.
