Stephanie was able to help me with best places to go eat... And the nearest taco truck... She is the best... Thank you for the best dinner spots... And noodle 🍜 spots, hot pots, sushi restaurants... My family of 4 would give you a infinity rating if we could.

Staying at the Motel 6 in Rosemead has truly been a refreshing and standout experience! Right from check-in, I was met with exceptional hospitality from the entire front desk team. Ana, Guadalupe, and Christina have gone above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I have to give a special shout-out to Ana—she has been incredible! Anytime I needed anything, whether it was fresh towels, extra sheets, or assistance with my booking, Ana was right there, willing to help with a smile. She even sorted out an accidental double booking for me, making the process completely stress-free. She’s truly a superstar, and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and attentiveness.
This Motel 6 is also impressively clean, which I find rare in most budget-friendly motels. From the rooms to the communal areas, everything is kept in tip-top shape. I was surprised to see just how well-maintained this property is! They have a great pool that’s always operational and spotless, a convenient dog run, a laundry room, two working ice machines, three vending machines, and even a microwave for guests. The amenities here genuinely make it feel like you’re getting great value for your stay. And unlike my past experiences with other Motel 6 locations where pests can be an issue, I haven’t seen a single cockroach here. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that prioritizes cleanliness to this level—truly impressive!
The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and make for a great place to rest.

This was a weekend getaway. The mattress was too soft and the desk was sticky and wet. I think the desk was forgotten and not cleaned.

This is one of the worst motels that I have ever stayed in. There is no microwave, fridge, or hair dryer in the room. The worst part is there is no room service due to Covid-19, which is pretty ridiculous. You have to bring your dirty towels and bedsheets to exchange for new ones, but they often don't have new ones available. The room is smelly, and the pillows and beds are dirty. The front desk lady, Ingrid, was rude; she yelled at me for everything, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

We are not on vacation, it’s ok for only need a place rest for one night, we wouldn’t want to stay more then one night because everything in the room was too old and dirty, can’t stay more then one night without fridge and microwave, this hotel needs remodel and update

Found a roach in my room, asked to be moved but they didn’t have another room. Overall room was very small and a little dirty, parking was a mess, people don’t fallow oneway path and drive the wrong way through the parking lot. My car got hit and asked the office people for camera footage they kept giving me excuses. I would never stay there again.😞

The summer of last year I stayed at this location for a little over a month and it was great. A few days ago I stayed here again for 1 night and everything is exactly the same as I remembered it. Clean rooms, awesome tv channels, great service, 9/10 definitely

Stay for 4 days there. The location was good, It was convenient to go anywhere with the fwy right at the corner. Receptionist at the counter was good and friendly. Except there was no towels, no coffee maker, fridge, microwave & hair blow dryer in the room😑. Plus no service clean inside the room if you stay more than a night. You meed to pickup your dirty towels to exchanged the clean ones at the office yourself in the next day🙃😅

They need to implement better the towels situation, there was four of us but only two towels, I was explained that I needed to bring the dirty ones to the front desk in order to get clean ones, it when I showed up at 10 pm I was then told that once the front door is locked they can’t give me any towels, I had to wait the next morning to take them at 6 am and only to be told that they only had two available which is a big lie because how they supposed to take care of all the customers staying there.

This is the worst property I have ever stayed till now. No service given for the money you pay. The whole world and all governments lifted the COVID restrictions and they still following rules. It's simple, they want to charge money from the customer and don't want to offer any services on the name of COVID. The front-desk lady in the night shift doesn't have manners how to talk with customers. For everything we have to go to desk and ask as they don't give any room service. They don't clean your rooms, no matter how many days you stay there. They close their doors in the evening and after that if you go for anything on the desk, they simply refuse to serve and says come in the morning now. They serve coffee in the morning that's also cold. It's not even little warm. In room, they just provide towels and soap. No other things, not even hand/facial tissues. The mattress condition was almost finished. They should throw them away and replace with brand new. You will just feels springs in the mattress and its not comfortable. Overall, it's worst hotel and I don't recommend this to anyone.
