This hotel is a nice budget place in LA.

The location is convenient. The room is clean but has a little bit unpleasant smell. The bed is too soft for me as I got backaches after sleeping on it for six hours. The service is great. When I reported the hearing system was not working, the front desk lady called a maintenance person to come and check it immediately. When he found the problem could be fixed, the lady switched me to another room without any issues.

Good quality/price ratio.

Stephanie was able to help me with best places to go eat... And the nearest taco truck... She is the best... Thank you for the best dinner spots... And noodle 🍜 spots, hot pots, sushi restaurants... My family of 4 would give you a infinity rating if we could.

Staying at the Motel 6 in Rosemead has truly been a refreshing and standout experience! Right from check-in, I was met with exceptional hospitality from the entire front desk team. Ana, Guadalupe, and Christina have gone above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I have to give a special shout-out to Ana—she has been incredible! Anytime I needed anything, whether it was fresh towels, extra sheets, or assistance with my booking, Ana was right there, willing to help with a smile. She even sorted out an accidental double booking for me, making the process completely stress-free. She’s truly a superstar, and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and attentiveness. This Motel 6 is also impressively clean, which I find rare in most budget-friendly motels. From the rooms to the communal areas, everything is kept in tip-top shape. I was surprised to see just how well-maintained this property is! They have a great pool that’s always operational and spotless, a convenient dog run, a laundry room, two working ice machines, three vending machines, and even a microwave for guests. The amenities here genuinely make it feel like you’re getting great value for your stay. And unlike my past experiences with other Motel 6 locations where pests can be an issue, I haven’t seen a single cockroach here. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that prioritizes cleanliness to this level—truly impressive! The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and make for a great place to rest.

Front desk is HORRIBLE !

They don’t know clean rooms….you must take towels and blankets to get clean ones. X

I reserved a room for motel 6. But unfortunately I couldn't find my ID so I was unable to check in I try to change the dates to my check-in to the next day and I was told to contact the third party Expedia Expedia contacting motel 6 took multiple fries but then said that the only one that was able to make changes was the manager and the manager wouldn't be into the morning. The next day I had a different person try to help me from Expedia different agent and they were unsuccessful on changing the dates and unsuccessful on when they requested the refund so basically I lost my reservation I was unable to go because I couldn't find my ID and I couldn't change the dates I am very upset
