Convenient and safe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kenzi Basma Hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner shining and every surface gleaming.One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible buffet offered at the hotel. The variety of dishes available was astounding, catering to every taste and preference. Whether you're a fan of local delicacies or international cuisine, the buffet had something for everyone. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, ensuring a delightful dining experience every time.Furthermore, the location of the hotel is unbeatable. Situated in a safe and walkable area, I felt completely at ease exploring the surroundings. Whether I wanted to take a leisurely stroll or venture out for some sightseeing, everything was conveniently within reach.Overall, my experience at the Kenzi Basma Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the pristine cleanliness to the delectable buffet spread and the convenient location, it's the perfect choice for any traveler looking for a memorable stay. I can't wait to return!

I can't believe I never booked this hotel all the other times I have traveled to Casablanca! Wonderful bar/restaurant, friendly and professional staff, dedicated parking space, clean and comfortably rooms. Located at the heart of the city and yet no insane noises nor traffic, I loved it!

Personal and service was excellent, the lication is clise to the city center, tha breakfast has to be improved with more choose and bred.

The staff of the hotel was nice and helpfull. The location easy yo get a round. Nearby is the Mosque of Hasann II. The hotel is a bit old but the room is confortable.

Though the hotel was good enough to let me check in early, I also had to note that I had written them twice by email to ask about their hotel transfer service from the airport. I showed the guy at the desk and he had no answer. Service is hotel restaurant was very slow and they were out of a lot of (most?) items. Breakfast was plentiful but not very good.

Hair all over bed linens. Also all over bathroom, walls. Dirty and old and grimy. Asked for a change of bedsheets, new ones were the same. The immediate area is not welcoming and the balcony is not clean or usable. Ended up leaving after checkin to stay at a different hotel. Don’t recommend at all.

Very clean hotel and kind staff. Very nice breakfast included in price. No toilet paper in our bathroom and we were told someone would bring some to us and that never happened.

This hotel is perfectly situated near many of the points of interest in central Casablanca. There is a terrific pastry shop directly across the street, and other essentials nearby. The staff are very helpful, and we enjoyed ourselves in the small bar-cocktail lounge. In addition, the hotel honoured a credit for rooms we booked just before the pandemic. This was more than fair on their part. We would stay here again.

The bedding had a stale smell to it. If we were not so tired with flights and travel. It would have been difficult to have slept. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. But the service and attitude of the staff was too notch. I could not fault their helpfulness.

Hotel is in a good location it’s clean breakfast is good good variety to choose I ll be more happy to see some updates in room like larger screen than desktop computer ( too old) more options to English speaking guest , and English translation where ever there is France it might make me feel more comfortable.

This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Very dirty carpet, stinky toilet, basin sucks, and dirty towels. The buffet breakfast is totally chaos. Coffee machine not working, dirty coffee cup, and all the tables in a mess…. etc. Food selection is very limited. The hotel location is good.

We were very grateful to be given early access to our room after overnight flight and arriving at the hotel mid-morning.

Very nice hotel! The room and linens were very clean. Very comfortable bed as well. The bathroom was immaculate. The shower has a rain shower head (coming from the ceiling). The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very convenient and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I believe that staff had not finished cleaning my room when I checked in. Ugh!! I had to request towels (there were none) and remove bar soap from the shower (ick!).

People here don’t smile. It’d take me sometime to think and figure what was good about this hotel. Not bad but not good.

Room is spacious but cleanness and facilities are fair. Called three times for asking for utensils. Bell "boy" (indeed an old man) and abnormally rude when I am not using the taxi services arranged by him. I do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed in room 604 and the water pressure in the shower area is practically non existent. So if you want to have a good shower at the end of the day, do not stay here. I didn’t bother to ask for another room As I found out about it only when I was ready to take a shower.

The staff was extremely nice. We had an overnight international flight, and they let us check in early to sleep. The property was outdated and could use some deep cleaning.

Great location near central square. Very filling and varied breakfasts and room similar to Western hotel. Large bath towels. No complaints.

Nice hotel but very noisy elevators. We even changed rooms but it didn't really help. Had a difficult time getting an itemized copy of my bill...which I still don't think was correct. Unfortunately it seemed difficult to communicate with some of the reception staff. Additionally, we had made arrangements with the hotel for transportation from the airport and it was not provided.
