We had a big roache crawing on the bed .

Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean

Filthy and not 1 vending machine worked hookers everywhere.

Its two minute walk to HEB store. If you dont have ause of vehicle you can still walk to CVS , HEB groceries store and restaurants.

We booked the room almost a year in advance, but that doesn't mean we get a nice one. They gave us the smallest room at the end of the building farthest from the only functioning entry door (the one nearest didn't work with the room key to enter). The room really is only big enough for one person as there is nowhere to put a 2nd piece of luggage and no closet or even room for a luggage rack.The bed was comfortable enough and they claim it was a queen, but seemed more like a double somehow. There is a microwave and mini fridge, but no coffee maker or even coffee cups to heat water and no shampoo/hair dryer. The soaps are the thinnest I have ever seen in a hotel/motel. To top it off, the TV had no signal. The person at the front desk was very nice and said she checked other vacant rooms and there was no reception there either. The next day we asked to switch rooms and they said there was no problem with the TV service and in fact it worked in the new room. Lastly, the rooms seemed clean enough, but I did see a tiny cockroach in the bathroom of the first room.

For the price it was ok. Bed was not very comfy. Tub needs to be replaced, no shampoo or conditioner. We had to go get a roll of toilet paper. Hotel is in a convenient location near restaurant and shopping.

It was fine not so great. This hotel is unkempt and looks old. There’s little to nothing. Some ice machines and coffee during morning

I was only there for 2 nights. Room was clean every day. The housekeeping came in made up. The Bed new towels was not given.a Wash clothes and I'm a wash cloth user. But anyway, just a great time. Great, stay.

The lace woke me up at 5 am asking if I was smoking. My room was a non smoking then a hour later the room service came which I denied and then I was forced to let them in which I did. Now that I exited last week Wednesday after the manager called my room in the early morning I checked out a week early...where I the rest of my money when I had insurance...???

I like everything about the property except the asking if I was smoking more than once and I know dam well I don't smoke!! Nor does my children! I felt harassed about smoking in the room!!

I like the desk clerk she's very patient with me as well as funny!! I didn't and don't like the alarm system keeps going off every morning and one night for hours! I felt afraid and unsafe and that alarm goes off everyday

I had reservations Thursday and Friday. I decided to stay one more night because of the cost efficiency . I was denied because of mistaking identity . The staff wasn’t very helpful!

Lots of noise at night can’t sleep dogs barking and people outside making lots of noise.

They only serve coffee and they should have coffee available all day.

I stayed while working as a contract nurse. I felt safe. There were laughing laughing kids in the pool at the end of each day. This location is very kid and pet friendly. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed. They even smiled when speaking to me at 05:30 am when I was leaving for my shifts. My room was clean. I had a fridge and microwave. There were no critters in my room and it was very quiet at night.

Clean and quiet. Was able to walk to Starbucks In the morning and has HEB and Walmart close by also. Manager was super nice and helped us with all our needs and requests

No blow dryer, or Iron. Would have liked to press my clothes. Very clean room.

We arrived early and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to get us checked in early. Everyone was very nice

The pool area always had trash floating around and in the pool there was trash, the non smoking rooms bed smelled of cigarettes and the floor reeked of weed. we understood it was graduation/memorial day but the smell was so bad walking through the hall our clothes smelt

My assigned room was in very poor condition. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable with springs sticking me in my back. Plus the room could have been cleaned better.

Absolutely disgusting. Elevator smelled like vomit. The non-smoking room I booked smelled strongly of smoke. The entire hotel is run down.
