Everyone was so helpful and the establishment was beautifully clean. Easy Parking as well.

The room was only stocked with one coffee cup and one pack of coffee accessories. The room was also not restocked with coffee cups for our second night stay.

This property was really outdated, no art on the wall, horrible plumbing, stains on the floor etc . Definitely not booking at the property again

I had specifically chosen another location (restaurant, gym, and the lounge area for my team to meet after our conference). Without asking (while I am working at a conference and after I had already dropped off luggage), they moved me to their other location. Other location is close but they moved my luggage and didn’t give me a choice. Other location is not nearly as nice either. I am appalled and they said “don’t worry we won’t charge you!” I have never had this happen and travel a lot for work. Additionally and I hope this isn’t the case, I woke up with little red bumps on my back and stomach and fear they might be bedbugs. Lastly, the guy the first hotel had no idea what he was doing. I tried to check in at 1 knowing my room wouldn’t be ready. He would even check me in. Instead just took my luggage. I then tried to get online to check some emails before leaving to meet my team. Well you can’t get on WiFi without a room number. When I asked how to access he told me to call a phone number for their tech support?! So I couldn’t make use of my waiting time. Just overall poor experience.

Easy access from the freeway.Very convenient location with many dinning options within walking distance. Room was large and clean. It also had a sofa bed. Check in process quick and easy with a friendly staff.

Surprise!!! The hotel charges $100 for a pet ( small yorky) and charges $12.00 for car parking. Dog-friendly hotel!!!! No complimentary coffee in the lobby area. No next time for me.

Everything was done well, except for the fact the hotel didn’t accept electronic payments. I generally don’t use credit cards anymore, luckily we worked it out.

Great place to stay. Either re-done or a new hotel. Easy check in, nice front desk staff, good sized rooms, good amenities that I didn’t necessarily use but appreciated.

Didn't like the staff, specifically the front desk. Staff was not very receptive, no smile, not cordial enough almost rude. Inquired about using phone key, front desk informed app not working at that time without even checking. It looked like staff did not want to bother with helping. I was the only one at the desk, no other clients around. There was plenty of time to help.

Good location, nice hotel, helpful staff, easy access to shops and stores

The only thing i didn't like was that my check in time was set for 3pm but when i arrived after a 3 hour drive with my children i was told check in isn't until 4pm due to back log. I then had to wait in the car for 40 extra minutes. Other than that the staff were very nice and i did enjoy my experience

It’s a Marriot hotel, but the night employee was a bit rude (and has been on several Other stays) that I don’t want a ground level room.

Many thanks to the staff members at the front desk who were super helpful and accommodating. My child hit her head on the sink faucet in our room and they provided us with antibiotic ointment and bandages. Really appreciate their hospitality!
