Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

Situated in a park outside town, it’s nice and quiet, beautiful views. Our room was large and comfortable. Parking on the premises. Nice terrace for a drink outside. However, the restaurant is really bad. Boring soggy food, wine to warm, poor service. This pulls the overall experience down.

Worst stay on our two week road trip trough Europe. They managed to give us someone else’s room when we checked in, so at 1 o’clock at night while we were sleeping we had a whole family walk into our room turning on all the lights, scaring the crap out of us. We could barely sleep after that, so our night was pretty much ruined. The guy that screwed up had left so it was only a part-time worker at the desk. Was promised that they would compensate us. One and a half week later and still have not heard anything from them. The room was dirty. No A/C so they had just left the windows open so there were a lot of bugs in the room when we came in. Spiderwebs in all the corners and some hanging down from the ceiling. No fridge. Bathroom was ok. Couldn’t leave the windows open at night cause of a wedding they had there with loud music, and drunk people walking around outside talking loudly. Breakfast was not very impressing for the price. My wife is lactose intolerant, so there were not many options for her. Very disappointed with our stay, will not use this hotel again in the future. Very unprofessional place

Good and very quiet hotel a little away from the city center. Will be back for a longer stay another time.

Great location with a view over Hildesheim and right next to a nice area with very old, charming buildings. They served a buffet for both dinner and breakfast - both were excellent! Especially the ratatouille amazed my wife! The bed in our room was quite narrow for two, but the mattress was good.

Dog friendly hotel. Close to a small forest. Good breakfast and kind staff. The room was nice.

Lovely Hotel. The room and bathroom were really clean and neat. The bed was really comfy, we slept really well! If you are travelling with car, it's pretty convenient. One thing we weren't really satisfied was the breakfast buffet. It was okay but still not really that satisfied.

Traveled with a 4 year old and the guy at the reception gave us a key to the room that didn't work, then left the front desk. When we returned for a new key, no one was there and we all had to rest on a sofa in the restaurant till past midnight, until someone came back to give us a new key. Received a measly 7 Euro compensation for that mess.Clean, nice rooms and good breakfast buffet, but bad customer service.

Overall a nice hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice shower and a good size room. The only issue that lets it down is slow / poor Wi-fi. During a business trip trying to work from the hotel this can be frustrating. Location is a little out of town too, if you have a car though, no issues.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The restaurant inside was great not only for breakfast, but their dinner selection was wonderful. They also serve alcohol which is a plus!

Our GPS took us an intimidating route up the hill to this hotel for a one night stay, but it was well worth the climb, both because of the view and because the hotel itself was lovely. We got confused a bit, having parked (for free) behind the hotel where the route to and from the elevator took us through an area being remodeled. But we finally found our comfortable room in a quiet corner with an incredible view of the woods from our window. We were not there long enough to use the hiking paths and did not eat breakfast, but we did have a delicious supper at the restaurant. We would definitely stay there again -- and plan to stay long enough to explore bustling Hildesheim next time.

Comfortable and have a nice view and great breakfast but far from down town

I was late arriving in Germany for a music festival (Mera Luna 2015) and the hotel was more than accommodating for my tardiness. The breakfast was excellent, the service was beyond exceptional, wifi/internet was included (thank goodness), and the room was cleaner than anything I've seen here in the US.
