Good option near train station

One minute walk from the train station but not at all noisy. Clean and comfy and very friendly/helpful reception staff. Would definitely stay again

A return visit to a centrally located well priced B&B Hotel - As usual the room was very clean with crisp white sheets and pillows! The bathroom was modern with great shower and heated mirror - Breakfast is served on the top floor with a glass roof and outside seating - Wonderful breakfast with fresh coffee!

Staff very helpful. And very friendly. Well situated. Especially close to the train station, La Croissette and Rue d'Antibes and la Plage de Festivale. . But the room was tiny small and then some. 2 single beds,no space in between or to walk around. Shower room really tiny. Pillows old and lumpy. We were on the first floor, really musty smell the minute you came out of the lift. I don't think the floor was hoovered on the first floor once during our stay. But it was cheap. But wouldn't go back. The room was really grubby,, needed at the very least a good freshen up.

All staff are nice. Breakfast with good views on the rooftop. The location where is in front of the Cannes station is quite convenient.

Nothing fancy, room was clean, shower was very small. It's a great place to rest your head and get on with your day. Really great location, next door to the bus and train station, easy access to all the other cities.

The rooms is quite basic. But it was clean and got all what you need. The location is amazing with everything in a walking distance. The room was cleaned and everything put in place. Staff are really friendly (Thanks Jerome)

In the centre of Cannes, the rooms are a little small but ok for a short stay! The view at the breakfast is amazong.

2min walk to train station, older building and room, not great shower after a long day. Slow checkin/checkout, however great location.

It was a pleasant stay. Right opposite the station and convenient for public transport.

Our stay was wonderful, everything you needed from a budget hotel, couldnt recommend enough if you want no frills but everything you need to stay comfortably. Special thanks to Herve for looking after us so well

The hotel is small and basic but very clean and convenient. The reception team are excellent- very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is decent value for money with a reasonable selection. The room was very warm even in December and the knly real negative. For the price I paid i was happy with the hotel. Room would be a little small for a longer stay as there is limited storage, but for a few nights it was great.

Great staff, near to train station, my place for over 10 years during TV markets

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Its a ⭐⭐ and has seens its glory days passed already but its still nice and a great location. Especially, if you're traveling by train. They still use physical keys and have a 24h concierge where you drop your keys off when you go out. Its definitely an older style place. The rooftop restaurant has a great view and offers the simplest of breakfasts but its all that my wife and i needed. Its not the best hotel but it was safe, clean and affordable.

Very friendly and helpful staff--from warm welcome by reception on arrival to handling any request during my stay, through efficient and kind check-out. Railway station area has worsened, though--this to none of the hotels' fault. Local law enforcement should be more present.

This Hotel is directly opposite train station and was idea for us.. location was mins away from the main heart of CannesRoom 406 over looked the station in a good way. No nose and was very clean, good size shower room. And the shatters give you full dark room. Excellent with Air Con. on and a good night sleep.I would definitely be back
