The rooms have bed bugs. I advised front desk and they did not seem to care nor try to remediate the situation.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. Compared to the 1st time, it was dissapointing. The Front Desk Clerk wasnt very friendly. My room was not in the same condition as my last room. The room was clean, but needed some basic updating. I just didnt get The Welcome Feel! I do love the grassy area there. The ice machine was out of service, so that was inconvenient. It wasnt in service on my 1st stay either. Thats a important perk for me. I would stay there again.

Came in a little early at 2:00 pm. The girl at check in said she couldn't do anything until 3:00 (official check in). Came back at 3:00 and check in was closed for lunch break. Seriously need to fix that.

The room was big. It was very clean, and all of the staff was friendly. It was nice to look out the window, and see green grass. I will definitely stay here next time I come. The only thing I had a problem with was finding ice! The machine by our room wasnt working, and I couldnt find another ice machine! Otherwise I would highly reccommend this Hotel!

Every time I visit Pharump I stay in this hotel, The Staff is nice and helpful , I Love that is clean, no bugs, good area and even tho is a Casino is quiet and safe. Im gonna keep staying here.

Quiet

I stayed here a second time, thinking I just had a bad experience the 1st time, a year ago. Boy was I wrong! I tried to check in at 2:45 and was told I had to stand there and wait until exactly 3pm. After check in, I was walking to my room and slipped and fell on water leaking from an A/C unit outside, by the pool. I got to the room, there was no iron and ironing board and no mini fridge anymore. At the pool, we were harassed constantly by the security to go get our stupid green wrist band on. Even though we had keys. I told them we weren't given any in the first place.My son has Austim and can not stand things on his wrist, but they MADE him get out of the pool and go get one at the front desk, all wet. And refused to just give it to me. So, that was it for me...it has happened twice now. The staff is so rude, I can't take it anymore.

It was clean and quiet but rundown. There were several chips on the tub and sink.

When I arrived there was no one at reception, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to arrive, in the room there was only a mini soap and half a toilet paper for two people.

Staff was amazing and really great security! Felt really safe!

I love that it is so peaceful there. I got a great night sleep. Front Desk staff was very personal and friendly. They were all smiles. I love having this place to go to in the desert. Thank you Chona = )

Cockroach in sink . I took video and Carole at the front desk helped me send the cockroach video to management. I am waiting for there response. If I were to be compensated in some way ,I will contribute in a positive review if desired by your senior staff.

Everyone was nice & friendly. My neighbors were loud. Food was great.

Extremely invonvenient upon arrival and the entire stay. The staff almost didn’t let myself and my husband check in because we have 3 children and they said we could only have 4 guests (one of my children is a 5 week old infant). You have the check in each day and receive a wrist band to swim in the pool. Even after the 3rd day of swimming each day, and both of my daughters wearing a wrist band, they asked my husband who is clearly their guardian to get out of the pool and check-in. The property was infested with wasps nests with well over 50 wasps flying around at any given point in time. On top of everything, upon check out I was charged full price for my rooms because they did not see that I booked through Expedia. I called and they corrected it, after it had already charged over $300 unexpectedly and of course takes 3-5 business days to refund. It’s a shame, I want to stay because of the landscaping and on-site pool but each time I’ve stayed it was just such an unpleasant experience.

Clean room no shampoo or good soap.tv limited channels.no quality lounge chair to sit on just 2 small country dining room chairs.overall nice hotel for the price.

Most people were quite friendly. I did notice that they were not very busy, as there were few guests. But, yet, there seemed to be a lot of time spent registering guests. I am wondering if that can be streamlined. Additionally, trying to extend was fraught with difficulty. I had to go back online with Expedia, only to not have any of the rooms available, even though the desk assistant was sure no one was checked for my room. When I stayed the last time, the restaurant was 24/7. Now it closes at 8. Please try to keep a snack bar open, or something. I am also suggesting that you have a closet for janitorial supplies, so that guests can take the initiative to clean up after their own selves. I had to go out and buy a broom. I didn't want to burden the staff with my pet hair.

Staff are super nice

Rooms were a little outdated but comfortable and very large. AC worked great. Bathrooms also large and water pressure was great. No fridge or microwave which was not ideal since we stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms since we have kids with us. Very strict policy for the pool. Have to have wristbands and only registered guests, which is understandable.

So many crickets inside the room. I was killing about 5 per day and they are very loud. Some kind of huge (living) slug the size of a jumbo shrimp that I had to scoop up and put in the toilet. Pity. Otherwise it was a nice room.

Rooms are a little dated, however, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient. Stayed here a couple of nights and enjoyed the pool and spa.

The one thing that I would say that needs done is they need to shampoo the cartilage if you walk barefoot bottom of your feet turn black that's not the maid room is clean dust free vacuumed that they need to invest in carpet cleaning That's the only real downside of my stay

We love arriving at SW, we are greeted by Pam and Dane and the next day we see the new Pam and Sandy. We come once a year and they all remember our names, what we drink, what we eat... I am always amazed. These are great people, amazing. Sammie was on vacation and Heather moved but also wonderful. Never been anywhere with people this wonderful and we travel a lot but SW stands out. thank you again
