Don’t expect 5 star experience: Staff was unfriendly (other than reception) or tried to force me to give large tips for delivering the luggage I wanted to carry myself, but was pressured to accept help. (Bellboy also might be running a money changing scam- be suspicious). - Nighttime Bar service was terrible - staff chatting with each other rather than helping customers. Twice I had to leave my table and walk to the bar to get service. - had to ask 3 times for water for my room. (You have to pay for more than 2 small bottles) - broken lamp fixtures - broken toilet There aren’t many other choices in town, but this is not a 5 star experience, maybe 3 is correct. Food was very good however.

My 17th floor room had a lovely view of Lome. The bed trim was quite obviously not up to par. Some staff did not appear totally knowledgeable.

Excellent hotel for business travel. 24 hour room service and all the amenities you expect in a 5 star hotel

This hotel is one of the best 5 star hotels that I’ve stayed at in West Africa and I’ve stayed in many in Lagos Abuja Abidjan and Dakar. What I find really nice here is the fact that the staff are very fast in helping guest requests out no matter how tedious it might be. In West Africa, what can take 5 minutes to do, will usually end up taking 45 minutes but not in this hotel.The pool side restaurant has excellent thin crust pizza, smoke salmon sandwiches albeit with a slick California type ambiance. The rooms were very clean, modern and felt refreshing entering into one.Price wise I paid Euros 110 per night and stayed 4. A similar quality hotel in Abuja or Lagos would cost at least 3 times more per night. In Lomé I would only recommend this 5* property to foreigners visiting for business or pleasure.

One night stay. No complaints. Concierge was very helpful. Would have liked a couple of snacks in the minibar/fridge. Room was good and in good conditions. Bed very comfortable. I will most likely return to this hotel when in Lome

The hotel is one of its kind .I have stayed in over 50 hotels . It reflects the epitome of luxury ,comfort and cleanlines . However the only drawback is that the attitude of the local staff and overzealous security .

We arrived in the afternoon and wasn’t able to access the hotel for a few hours due to the president being around. However upon arrival they were sincerely apologetic and complimented us for the inconvenience. I absolutely loved the hotel and staff very beautiful and big. Rooms were lovely and clean food was great. Great views and near the beach. Will definitely be back for a longer stay and explore more.
