Good

I have never slept in beds this bad at a supposed 5-star hotel. The beds kept sliding apart almost like the floor was made of butter. During the night the gap would become almost 50 cm each night, and we are not uneasy sleepers. The pillows were quite bad as well and we woke up with a sore back and neck every day. One day the cleaning came in at 8 in the morning, not giving us time to get any clothes on or anything.. that was.. fun.. Other than that it was great. Parking is very expensive. Were promised parking at 18€ for 24h in the shopping center, but it costed the double amount of that. Both weekends and weekdays, so You’ll have to account for that. The city is absolutely amazing and the hotel staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

Perfect location for exploring Andorra! Room was clean and spacious and staff was very helpful. Secure on-site parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, clean and friendly staff.

We booked this hotel due to the parking being included onsite. When we arrived they told us they did not have parking and could instead park in the public lot. We were charged 22 euros for the overnight parking and the hotel would not reimburse us after claiming to have free parking.

The room was quite nice. Air conditioning was poor. Room cooled down faster with the AC off and windows opened. Street noise was high with windows opened. Beds were comfortable.

Great value for my money . Love Eurostars hotels ,, always large rooms,clean and nice. You really get a lot of hotel room for the money. Separate bedroom. Living room.toilet and bathroom.

Really nice and helpful service at arrival, leave and requests in between! Situated very close to the city centre. Spacious, clean and silent despite busy street outside (on the front). Would stay there again.

Not at all what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The room was outdated a bit musty and uncomfortable. The windows wouldn't open, there is only a view of a parking lot and the staff were very rude. Especially the girl during checkout (Andrea) we wanted to grab a quick breakfast before checking out and we were worried we might be a few minutes late for the checkout and asked if we could get a 30 minute extension. She just said NO in a very rude way. We knew no one was checking into our room later because we asked earlier to get a room that would be ok to extend one more night (we were considering to stay longer before we saw the place) I have stayed in over 300 hotels and I've never had anyone not give at least one hour extension for check out. It was ridiculous. Will definitely not bother staying here again

One of my favourite hotels in the world!

In general, disappointing.Pluses: very central location, good breakfast, separate rooms for parents/kid.Minuses: definitely, not 5 stars (3-4); housekeeping promised to bring iron desk, but forgot, air conditioner is loud, noise from pipes in the wall during the night. We stayed for one night, and next day moved to another hotel.

Great stay and well managed through this Covid times. Nice spacious room with king bed (very comfortable), staff are really nice and helpful. The location is very central and accessible to all main shopping streets, attractions, Caldea and by car. Parking was tight opposite the hotel at €15 per night. Highly recommended.

Great location, easy to everything you need in town. The room exceeded expectations, especially for the price I paid. Would definitely stay again!

The most confortable room we have been during our 4 week trip.Great breakfast, our waitress for dinner super nice, excellent food and right in the middle of everything
