Hall d'accueil et salle de petit déjeuner refait à neuf. Il semble que certaines chambre aient aussi eu droit à une rénovation : dommage pour nous, nous sommes tombé sur une vielle chambre (type cabine - Formule 1). Petit déjeuner fournis et bon. Personnel sur le pont pour servir au mieux les clients.

Well you have to admire the staff who were basically working in a building site. The hotel is undergoing a massive refurb which was not mentioned in the booking process. The reception was set up in a temporary corner and the staff had to battle huge volumes of noise from the building works but, hats off to them they did a great job in atrocious conditions. The restaurant are was shut but there were takeaway ready meals which you could eat at the outside terrace or take to your room. We had cod and puree potato with strips of veg, all served piping hot in a glass bowl and it was delicious. However, we were not informed about that either during booking. Breakfast was a standard box which you collected and eat in your room but it was good quality . The rooms were standard comfortable Campanile bedrooms. The building works stopped at 5 so it wasn't noisy during the night

Our room was without luxury but it was clean, modern and perfectly fine. Our experience upon check-in with almandine was excellent and all in all, this was a great economical choice. The location is not spectacularly scenic, but easily accessed our route north.

Absolutely fine ,easy to find , stairways and corridors could do with smartening up.

Up to the usual standard expected

Basic but clean and tidy. Bathroom a little worn but functional. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Had problem locating hotel the address needs to be more specific for sat nav, we had to ask directions from a local they were kind enough to guide us by following them in there car

We needed a place to stay that was cheap,convenient, and had wifi. It was perfect.

As an overnight stop this Campanile motel was very convenient and served a purpose. Our Sat Nav had a problem finding the entrance and it's not the easiest to locate. The motel was clean but we were given the disabled room, although we did not need it, and we much preferred their normal rooms. There seemed less room in the bedroom as the bathroom was bigger with a wet room, also the table facility was smaller. As with most Campanilles these days, the restaurant did not offer such good value and choice as they used to.

We had a gd rest at the hotel and refreshed to continue our onward journey. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel location is v gd easy access to motorway.

Couldn't find hotel in the dark, tiny unlit board at side, well away from unlit side of hotel and eventual access by indirect unlit right of way (no secure parking) Wrongly drove (3 times) past well lit front of hotel, no access, and straight back on to the motorway as it is the sliproad! Turn off only 1 km away, but hard to get back near the hotel as both satnavs indicated arrival due to hotel's very immediate proximityto the motorway.

Receptionists very welcoming. Stayed just one night on route to SPain. Very mean with room refreshments.one tea bag. One individual pkt biscuits. 2 milk. there was also 2portions coffee which we don't drink, luckily took our own. Restaurant ok for the price, as on site saved driving again after a long day.

We were getting disappointed by being put in not very good rooms with our 2 well behaved dogs in several of the Camponile hotels over the past years and poor amenities.however this hotel changed our mind with friendly staff and perfect location on a ground floor next to pleasant gardens where we could have a drink and know our dogs were happy.

An excellent place to spend a night whilst travelling. Near enough to the main road but completely out of hearing of it. Modernised rooms and good food in the evening. Good value for money.

Bed really comfy, slept soundly, good value for money for an over night stay when travelling through, good choice for dinner and breakfast and not bad on the price. Location was a bit tricky to find as the address states "route de Royan" but comes up on the sat nav as "rue de Royan" but found it in the end. Gentlemen on reception very welcoming. Waitress in hotel polite but very quiet and seemed quite rushed off her feet, think she could of done with a little help. The space around the bed in the room needs to bigger on one side in the room I stayed in especially when heavily pregnant! But overall, I would rate it as good for the type of stay needed.

Very nice hotel, very convenient to N-1O, literally at bottom of slip road but no traffic noise in room. Restaurant could do with more staff when open as one meal arrived but the other was delayed and didn't arrive until the first one was almost eaten even though we both had 'plat de jour' which was the same meal.

bed had bed bugs,nobody there to change rooms so stuck first time in a cam hotel and the last.

D'une part, la réservation par Internet du Campanile Angoulême St Yrieix est immédiate. La lecture des conditions est claire, d'autre part. Enfin, l'hebergement est de bonne qualité et correspond au prix affiché. Le service est assuré par des gens accueillants, compétents et fort sympathiques. Les formules proposées par le restaurant sont bonnes et en cohérence avec l'hôtel. Les horaires sont corrects. Une seule petite remarque réside dans la manipulation du chauffage ou de la clim qui necessiterait la présence d'un mode d'utilisation ainsi que le fonctionnement + ou - aléatoire de la carte magnétique d'entrée (notamment la nuit !).
