This hotel must have been very fancy when built, but now it would definitely need some refurbishment. In late February hotel was very quiet, which was nice as there were always free sunbeds and breakfast tables. The food and spa treatments are ridicilously expensive (even compared to Singapore!) Service in the resort was always very friendly.

Great property. We were upgraded to a suite with ocean views. Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom with all amenities. Welcome gift. Plenty of bottles of water. Good size pool, very refreshing. Excellent service by staff. Excellent food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice beach to walk on but water was dirty as Monsoon season. Spa services fantastic. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The transport services are good although there should be more shopping facilities around the resort. There should be more publicity on food outlets outside the resort as in rlsewhere

Very nice and clean hotel. Was very quiet when we were there. Rooms have a balcony with view of the beach and pool. Close to a very good golf course even if the greens were very slow during winter. Hotell staff is very serviceminded, great breakfast.

I stayed two nights to celebrate my girl's 1st birthday. All staffs in Angsana were soooooo kind and they tried their best to make us feel comfortable to stay. I will definitely visit again next time.

ホテルの質はすごく良いですが、古いです。またプールもバリに比べると小さいです。気になった点は不明朗会計で全てがクオリティに対し高額に感じました。例えばビールは高額なのですが缶ビールだったりするにで、ドラフトビールを用意するとかのホスピタリティがあってもいいかと思いました。食事も60シンガポールドルのビュッフェなのに味は普通だったり、タクシー代もラゴイ往復50ドルなのに普通の車だったりといった感じでした。ビンタンは全て高いと聞いていましたがその割にクオリティが伴っていないのが残念です。

everything was perfectly arranged!- Last minute booking was entertained.- Pick-up from BBT was no fuss! We were greeted by the staff right outside the immigrations counter! Same case when we check-out, smooth arrangement for our transport back to BBT.- Great location! A quick shuttle bus ride and poof! we were greeted with by very warm smiles from the hotel staff!- Check in? We were enjoying our welcome drinks and cake slices at the lobby while the staff collected our passports to process our check-in. No need to queue at the reception!- Lucky us! We were allowed for early check in @ 12 noon without additional charge! take note, usual check-in is 3pm.- There was no queen size bed available for us, but heyyyy, the single bed fitted perfectly and became a king size bed! so comfy!!! - Veryyyy beautiful and clean beach!!!!!- Super fun activities offered! We tried the Kayak activity and it was fun!- Large spread of breakfast buffet! Yummy!!- And wow! They even collected our boarding pass on behalf of us for our travel back to Singapore!!!Superb! Highly recommended and we will surely come back again!Thanks a lot Angsana Bintan and Staff!

Angsana is a wonderful resort to visit if you are looking for a quick getaway from SG. The property is great, the beach lovely, and the staff are very nice. We will definitely return!

Wonderful services and friendly staff. However, I would suggest more activities to be offered after sunset.

Had a great time there! Was looking for something close to Singapore, but where I could really unplug without too much hassle getting there. As easy drive from the terminal...and the whole complex is really straightforward and calming. The staff was very kind and flexible too
