This is how thing fall apart. Booked 1BR apt. 1st room had no dishwasher or counter, wall falling apart, baseboards missing & very dark with few lites. Moved to different with natural light but heats up like an oven with only 1 window that opens. NO A/C!!. Urine stains in hall, huge parts of ceiling missing. The owners do zero maintain the place.On the other hand the staff is excellent. They deserve better. Also some of the best towels...go figure!

loved the property and the fact that the room had 5 beds. Loft was nice. The only draw back was the lack of Air Conditioning. The loft was extremely hot and it was only a sunny day in Feb!

The check in was easy, even in the middle of the night. The apartment was large enough for my 6 person family. The only thing I wish worked better was the A/C, however I do realize that in France it’s not too common for a hotel to have great A/C. Over all the stay was great and the breakfast was good before another leg of our journey

Would like to stay again. 10 minutes walking with luggage from SNCF station. 1-night stay. Arrived hotel late about 9pm. Need to enter hotel via stairs. There is one lift besides stairs which easier to lobby. Floor corridor carpet, rooms décor, lighting and painting need maintenance and repair. Checked 3 rooms before we decided which one to stay. Thanks to friendly staff, we were glad that we got room we wanted. Free wifi and 2 bottle water. Kitchen cookware and pot need improvement. Asked for changing cooking pot, but provided at next day 1-hour before check out. So, without cooking during stay and left some vegetable in fridge.

It was the worse stay in any hotel I have ever been . Cracks on the walls , not enaugh lights inside , room service don’t clean inside the whole stay . Sink in the kitchen got blocket . Doors are raten and toilets need to be flushed 3 times to pass . Very dirty place to stay for sure won’t come back under the same condition .

At check in we were assigned a room that someone else was occupying. They moved us to another room, and a few minutes later, someone else tried to check in to our room. The air conditioning did not work very well, and our room faced the west with wonderful black out curtains, but we had to sleep with the window open to find relief. The street was very noisy which made for long nights.

We had two separate stays at this location within a week. (We were in town for the women’s World Cup & stayed for 2 nights during the semi final matches and then came back and stayed 2 nights for the final)The first stay was not satisfactory at all. There was no air conditioning in our room—even though the hotel stated they had air—and during a heat wave in Europe this was crushing. The hallway to our room was in disarray. Ceiling was open with dripping pipes and the carpet was atrocious. I wish I could include pictures. If anyone is going to stay here I’d request a room on a higher floor. The front desk associate Emilie was very nice & allowed me into 2 other rooms to see if the air conditioning was better but to no avail. We just toughed it out. We tried canceling the second reservation we had but the staff was less than helpful, not understanding, and truthfully just rude. They refused a refund, credit, or cancelation for either stay even under the terrible conditions. Our second stay was nicer, at least. The hallways were still rather dirty but the room was larger this time (I think it was a suite) and we had AIR! That’s pretty much the only good thing I can say.

The A.C. did not work and our room was not cleaned as planned. But the bed was very comfortable and we took advantage of the fridge and kitchenette. We loved that the buses and trains were easily accessible. The staff were very friendly.

However, this was offset by the standard of the room and access hallways.Room (advertised for up to 4) was too small for 3 persons.Main bed in airless, windowless cupboard. No room to move around with bed-settee opened. Inadequate storage for luggage and clothing. Decor was scruffy. Paintwork stained and scratched. Air-con was inadequate and bathroom/kitchen ventilators did not work. Had to request a supplementary fan. Kitchen short of crockery and utensils. Shower leaked onto floor. Bathroom always damp, mould around bath, side-panel and adjacent floor covering were rotting.Toilet seat loose. Hallway carpets dirty.Bar/ restaurant seemed reasonable, but the only night we needed to use it (Sunday) it was closed!! Poor value for 1000euro/week.

This team did a great job hosting all of the football fans for the World Cup. It was busy in here, probably is busy all the time though. The room was spacious. They were accommodating with more towels.

Dirty, old, noisy, too expensive .......just terrible experience.

Very ordinary. It was suppose to have a kitchen but lacked the refrigerator promised. The daily maid service was terrible and spotty. Temperature control was not working because they hadn’t turned on the air conditioning. The restaurant was overpriced.

There were no windows opening to fresh air just internal to centre of atrium and so a very stuffy stale air ingulfed the whole building which wasn’t pleasant.

We requested non smoking and specifically filtered for a hotel that had parking. On arriving at hotel, we were advised that parking was full and would have to find street parking. No easy task! The light in bathroom did not work, paint. Peeling from ceiling and rather worn around walls. Had a kitchenette but NO Mini fridge to store purchased food (although there was a space for it) The tv was positioned in the same side as the bed. This made watching tv awkward and not pleasant.

everything about this place was good other than the temperature of the room. it was like sleeping in an oven and the air con system didn't switch on and I even had the window open. this only opened into the internal quad so no fresh air

Great place to stay in Lyon. Everything thing was clean and orderly. Check in/out smooth. Great breakfast and awesome rooms.

Room and corridor were not very clean (4th Floor). It was very hot in the room while we were in November.

Good apartment hotel close to train station in Lyon.

The room is even warmer than hell and no AC !!! We asked for another room , same thing no AC but just a little cooler. Hopefully the staff is really helpful and friendly but the hotel by itself is very bad conditions.

We unfortunately arrived 6 hours late, at around 9 p.m. due to our bus being involved in a minor accident in Italy. So our tempers were frayed and we were exhausted. The hotel was conveniently located near the bus and train terminals, easy to walk. Check in was still open! A lift, thank goodness, as we had heavy bags. Our room was spacious, being split level with three sleeping areas for the five of us. Lovely large windows. Bathroom clean and modern. We had our own kitchenette, which would have been a great bonus had we been staying longer. I look forward to staying there again for a week or more to explore the lovely city of Lyon.
