Very clean, convenient location, great value. Includes balcony, mini fridge, mini microwave, continental breakfast, onsite parking. Not fancy, but perfect for us every time we take a Rehoboth getaway. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, boardwalk.

Stay here all the time when in town. Virginia and staff are wonderful. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

First time here and had a good stay. Loved the convenience of the location. Will definitely be back..!

The location is clean, breakfast good, and parking fine BUT apparently there are 3 rooms which are located 3 ft from the elevator and another 3 ft on the other side from the ice maker.that’s what I got ! All the other rooms seem to be property located but if you get 1 of these 3 rooms you will hear everything. People coming and going and every time they want ice. The room was too expensive to have to deal with this.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Couch was uncomfortable, electrical plugs were loose. Tv, WiFi needs upgrading

Nice location easy walk to get to beach and to eat, shop, parking was free Room clean TV didn’t have a good picture at all King bed kind of hard but was ok I guess Gaps around and under hotel room door Bathroom clean Bathroom floor a bit older missing caulk in the corners of tiling around floor. Large dark stain in front of vanity could be hair color (?) but yuk

Kathi at check in was great. The room itself was clean. However the phone in our room did not work and when we asked about it we were told it couldn’t be fixed until November. Also the water temperature in the shower fluctuated super hot to super cold every minute or so when showering. The included breakfast was minimal, lots of carbs. No hot eggs or hot meats of any kind. We were told that was because it was now off season. We were not aware the breakfast menu would be minimal choices.

My room was by house keeping room , and in the morning they were talking aloud I could not sleep

All Pros were location, conveniently walkable to shops, beach, boardwalk, restaurants and eateries, pleasant staff. Cons were the room we had was quite small. The bathroom was tiny although adequate. Disliked the ROKU TV as we could not connect to the Apps we wanted.

I stayed one night, it was a good place for 1 or 2 nights. Great location!! Room could be updated a little bit, plenty of storage for clothes.

Great trip with wonderful room and staff

This place is fantastic. I hemmed and hawed a bit about spending the extra money and I didn't regret it. I will say that they appear to have put me in a bigger suite that I didn't pay for... but still, the feel of the place is just great. There are a few weird hiccups like the hot tub (which I shouldn't have even had) not being workable or signs that say "vending machine" on the 5th floor and then you go up there and don't see one, or an arrow pointing to a bathroom on the first floor and then you follow it and there's a locked bathroom while the real guest bathroom is by the entrance, and the awkward parkade on 2 levels with 2 separate entrances that don't connect so you have to go around the block if the good one is full and the space on the lower level is inappropriately narrow... But those are overall minor and the place is still great.

Great location! Close to the beach, shops and all the restaurants! Walk to everything! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and very quiet with a nice balcony to relax at the end of the day! Would definitely recommend the Breakers and will stay here again on our next trip to Rehoboth!

The Breakers was a great find for staying at Rehoboth Beach. A block from Rehoboth Ave and a couple blocks from the boardwalk. Clean room with all the amenities, friendly staff and free parking. A couple of things I would improve on would be, a better TV in our room (the picture wasn't as sharp as it should be), a small table on the balcony, and breakfast during the week (weekend had eggs and bacon but the weekday only had bagels, etc.).

I chose this hotel because was a good price for the 1 night we wanted. While the hotel is a little dated, it was clean and comfortable. It was nice that it was located only 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk and was easily walkable to some good restaurants. It was also in a more quiet part of town so it was nice to relax on the balcony. Our room was listed as "lake view" and I guess you could consider that true, although there isn't much of a view through the trees. We didn't visit the pool but did use the breakfast area. Breakfast was ok. Overall, while it doesnt have the amenities of some of the other hotels, it was still a nice place to stay and good value for money.

Nice hotel and conveniently located. The room was large and quiet. The only negative was the breakfast. The only selections were packaged muffins and bagels. This was a very good place to stay and worthy of a return.

We loved the location, as it was accessible to everything, clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

We had a King size bed with couch. The tv was very old and not clear. Our bathtub did not drain well and the water collected - which made showers unpleasant. The breakfast during the week was only cold food - weekend has hot food. Either one is just okay. The pool was small but if you get it to yourself its nice. Would stay here again but we would request a room with a better view.

We always like staying at Breakers but I was disappointed in the breakfast options this time. Everything else was great.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was prompt and helpful but lack professionalism. She decided to check in 3 different guests at the same time and there was no privacy. She asked for everyone’s drivers license and credit cards at the same time. Explained the check in and parking process to everyone like we were all in class. Very tacky and tasteless. A far fetch from the 4-5 star hotels I’m accustomed to booking and staying at. Next: We drove a suburban and parking was very tight and not convenient for oversized vehicles. Corners in the underground parking lot was very tight. Checkout was at 11am and at 11:01am the housekeeping staff was banging on the door like they were the police asking us to leave because as it was checkout time. It was so alarming and disheartening. Where’s the courtesy? Super rude especially when we had an extremely late check-in, wasn’t even in the room for 18hrs, our room was less than accommodating and we didn’t have any room service or housekeeping attendants asking if we needed anything to make our stay even more comfortable. We will NOT be returning to this hotel ever!

The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. However, our room was not up to standard. We found dirty wash rags, bed sheets, and a dirty carpet upon arrival.
