I loved the property and my room. Parking was easy and I love a free breakfast. I did not love that it sounded like the Jolly Green Giant was in the room above me. Nor did I like that I could hear voices and snoring on the other side of my headboard. And there was the guest loudly arguing & cursing on his phone in the presence of a child. BUT, these experiences say more about the structural quality of the building and the guest themselves, than anything else. I certainly don’t hold it against Marriott. That said, I did opt to leave a day early because I just wasn’t sleeping well. The hotel DID NOT penalize me for leaving early which says A LOT about management. THANK YOU! All the employees were friendly, professional, and always had on a smile. I went back and forth on whether to share the negative, but decided to in the interest of painting a complete picture of my experience. I could have had an entirely different experience in another room. Despite my experience I would recommend this location.

We had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was good. The guests were really noisy (Fri and Sat night). Otherwise, a great place to stay and it was convenient.

Just what I needed.

Property was clean and quiet. The towels in the room were thin and worn and even had holes.

The room was small. The maid only cleaned our room one time during our stay we had garbage in our room for 3 days and every night we had to call down for clean towels, so we had 4 days of dirty towels stacked on the floor. After we checked out I noticed an additional 10.00 charge on my card and called the hotel and was told it was for incidentals, now they had all ready held money on my card for incidentals when I checked in , so why the additional $10.00. I will never stay at another Residence Hotel by Marriott ever again.

Check in desk receptionist was personable. Lobby and front of building well kept and beautifully manicured lawn. Room was comfortable and large.

The overall quality of the hotel. Very clean inside and outside. The breakfast could add a little more choices. Other than that, I given it very high rating and would definitely choose it again

This place was clean, the room was well lit and comfortably laid out. It was quiet, and the staff was lovely. The only problem was that we booked it because it was advertised as a completely "non-smoking" hotel. I was awakened at 5AM by the smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room through the ventilation system. This was super disappointing.

All staff from front desk to housekeeping and breakfast were very friendly and polite. The daily free breakfast was very good.

My second time here ; the place is still nice

This location was very nice. The service was nice and it was very clean. How, it was advertised poorly on this app. The room I booked using hotels.com stated that it was a 2 bedroom suite, with 2 double beds. There was only two bedrooms with ((one bed))in each room. The front desk stated that this service did not exist. All of my guest were unable to stay and had to purchase additional rooms.

Nothing special. It met our needs. Room was roomy and kitchen well equipped. Good location to reach major roads. Nice desk space for traveling business people.

The front desk clerk was very professional and courteous. The studio suite was just amazing and the breakfast was not bad.

I so not have any compliants, however when staying for a long period of time a varied breakfast menu would be great - a healthier alternative. Thanks
