It was good for the most part! However, in room 135, the shower did not work and so we had to get moved to another room.

This is my third time here and I love it. Room was cleaned, nice and very comfortable. The staffs are great super friendly and very nice. I will be coming back!

I was very much disappointed. During my previous stays the hotel was run by Choice Hotels. This is no longer the case and seems to be a private company now. Attention to details were not there like they used to be. 1) Had a one cup coffee pot in the room. Was supplied with a four cup packet of coffee. I asked at the front desk if I could get one cup packets. All they had were the four cup packets and was told to run them through the brewing process several times. I tried that but after the first brew the grounds were soaked and water would not run through them. Instead the hot steaming water shot out of the brewer all over the place including on me. Very unsafe. 2) The only functional ice machine that could be found was on the first floor down the hall from the lobby. The one near my room was marked "out of order". It was ridiculous to have to take a five minute walk carrying a very small ice bucket. It wasn't worth the walk. 3) One of the things that I always enjoyed when staying here in the past was the breakfast buffet. It was so good that locals would also come in to enjoy the buffet. This trip, no buffet and not many customers. These things alone show me how much less this hotel caters to it's customers and I know the next time I stay in the Dells area I will be staying somewhere else.

Great last minute room we had to book super clean with a whole fridge and sink.

This is my second time here and I love it. Very nice, friendly and quiet.
