Good location away from the craziness of SPI. Front desk staff was great. Pool was clean and room was a great size. Nice hot water for baths.

Ok. It’s only $50. If you need a place to crash with a decent bed and air conditioning that works that is clean. It’s great.

I liked the fact that they were able to accommodate an early check-in but the room was not well taken care of. When we walked in the room, it smelled strongly of cleaning materials. A wall plug was missing a face plate. The air conditioning was missing a piece on the front covering the grate and was held together by masking tape. The pool was right next to the parking lot and within vision as well as ear shot of a very busy road. The phone in the room to call the front desk didn’t work. We received only two pillows on each bed. The ceiling fan and light were controlled by short strings that I had to stand on the bed to control, I am 6’2” so this was a first for me. Lastly, there was nothing in reasonable walking distance because the crosswalks were so far away.

This is my third stay in five years at this motel. The last visit was markedly different. The overall cleanliness and sanitation were markedly decreased. The front desk staff was not available when needed. Most disturbing was that over my stay I noted a severe bed bug infestation. The front desk had such limited hours I could report it to the establishment.

Overall,stay was perfect..great staff, quiet surroundings n stores r quite close for any type of shopping..

Very reasonable price for the area. 10 minutes from the island. Would like to see some vending machines.. Also may open earlier for coffee as the nearest places are half a mile walk away. Otherwise, easy check in experience and helpful staff.

This is my second review on the property and first one was after 3 days and this is about 2 weeks in, The room was clean when I first arrived but I did not get any cleanings over my 2 week stay but that is acceptable Since I try to keep my rooms clean myself, the property is in good condition and looks to be recently renovated it is in a good location with food within walking distance my only gripe with the property is the owner confused me with one of my coworkers and came of extremely standoff-ish and started a conversation with "you are not getting your money back under any circumstances" and that kinda attitude is not one I like or tolerate. All in all I would reccomend this place for a 3-5 day stay and not something long term due to the nature of the owner he is not someone I would like to my landlord.

Great location. Rooms need to be up dated. But the hot water. Had to run the hot water for almost 10 minutes but it would get hot.

The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. The property was conveniently located right before the bridge to go to South Padre Island and the price was great!! The room was large and very easily accommodated disabled individual.

My wife and I usually choose to stay in motels that are in the 2 to 3 star range because they are generally good quality for the price we are willing to pay. Casa Rosa is the cleanest and best maintained 2-star motel we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. We would have rated it way better than 2 stars. It's a real gem!

The staff from the front desk to the workers were friendly. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The AC was perfect.

It was good for a night sleep. Got there checked in to sleep woke up took a shower and gone. I booked the room for a deep sea fishing trip minutes away. The lady up front that I believe was part of management at about 11pm was really friendly and helped me with anything i needed extra. Definitely booking here again.

The price is 1/5th SPI hotels and is just over the bridge. The room was very large, clean, bed slept good, was easy to walk the dog, easy parking, staff was excellent, check in was quick and easy. Will return. Thanks

The room smelled like mildew. The air freshener did little to mask the smell. It's advertised that rooms have refrigerators, ours was missing. This caused us to have to eat out every meal. The ice bucket was missing. The toiletries and toilet paper were of the cheapest quality. The checkin area was nice and inviting. The rooms could use the same attention.

The service was terrible. The room stunk like mildew, and the showerhead was broken. It fell off the first time I tried to use it I would never stay or recommend anyone to stay at this place ever again.

The room was bigger (more spacious) than i expected. The king size bed was SUPER comfortable. The only issue i found was the bathroom was a little stinky but i sprayed some body spray in it & no big deal. Front desk guy was super nice, easy to talk to, welcoming & informative. Overall, experience was great & i DEFINITELY recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with kids & i thought for the price it was waaaay better than other hotels i have booked in the past

It was fine and cheap. It was clean but the room needs work and it smells moldy and mildewy. Beds were comfortable.

I tried to cancel this reservation just hours after booking but Expedia still charged me. I had to cancel due to military reasons. I didn’t stay here but I’m disappointed and loosing confidence in Expedia.

I made a reservation online, paid 362$ for a 2 bed room for one night, upon getting there they made us upgrade our room and pay an extra 200$, when we got into our room not only was there not a couch as promised but also dead roaches all around the room? This place will scam you out of your money and put you in a room that’s not even clean.
