Great hotel right beside Batalha Monastery. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking in the area. Breakfast buffet was standard but still quite good. Had a dinner at hotel restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff were excellent and very personable.

Staff was very friendly at the reception and restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located next to the monastery. It has very easy free parking.

This hotel is in a magnificent position overlooking a majestic cathedral and our room had a perfect view of the church. One particular member of the restaurant staff was unbelievably helpful and generous and the food was excellent.
The room was comfortable but had no tissues or hair conditioner.

The hotel was very nice and the monastery next to the hotel provided a beautiful site/tour. Breakfast was excellent with an assortment of eats. Sleeping was very comfortable (AC worked!). Not much more to do than to see the monastery, but we were only there for the night.

Te hotel is nice, with plenty of details for comfort: providing a card to park close to the hotel, etc. Well communicated to several roads to visit the area (Nazaré, Obidos, Fatima, etc).
The staff is very kind, the fast check in and out is awesome, and the breakfast, not being incredible, is good.

This was an outstanding experience for my family. The staff was exceptional and the food was great. Added to that is the location at the heart of Batalha made the stay even better. Anyone visiting Batlaha should stay at this property

Great location, comfortable hotel, good breakfast the staff was friendly, we received a complimentary bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our stay in Batalha, we had a day trips to Nazare and to Fatima

Initially we were given a lesser room than we had booked on Expedia. To be fair the Expedia booking sent to the hotel did not reflect the larger room shown on the Expedia booking page. The matter was resolved by staff but we felt as if we were asking for an upgrade when we were only requesting the room we had booked. No other VIP upgrade was offered.

Right across the Batalha Monastery. Excellent hotel, good restaurant. Parking easily available. Clean, well appointed room. Window can be open to let fresh air. Bathroom door locks and not translucent.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. We forgot a jacket and got an email from the hotel. It was ready for us to pick up in a few days.

I requested a room that has a view of the old monastery, What I received was absolutely wonderful. Dining outdoors was a great evening dinner. Highly recommended.
