My family had a great stay. We really liked the new remodeling of the hotel. We have been staying here for years and always had great experiences.

The amenities were delightful. Indoor and outdoor pools open until 10:00 and 11:00, live music in the on-sight restaurant, a couple blocks from the boardwalk and 1 block from an event venue. I would stay again.

I never leave bad reviews… but from the start we weren’t really thrilled with this stay. Rating this place is disappointing too because I was surprised because they generally have good reviews. So, They put us on the third floor — biggest issue here is that there are no elevators. I went with my MIL, Mom, and two kids - basically as the younger adult I had to carry all the heavier stuff to the upstairs. Front desk said they couldn’t get us to a lower level — know to book accessible room if you have any issue with stairs or pack light. The pull out couch had no real blankets but we were able to get one and more pillows — seemed pretty dingy so thankfully we brought an air mattress and I put it on top of the pull out couch. Went to shower realized the shower curtains were so so so moldy… I might have athletes foot from taking a shower in there. Mattresses are pretty cheap and not comfortable. If you have kids don’t expect them to watch much TV - there’s no kids channels at all which was strange. During the day one channel did play a few cartoons but, not the usual Disney channel or Nick. I really don’t like complaining but for the price, I hope I can help someone out especially after seeing my older Mom’s struggle doing the stairs multiple times. Also there seemed to always be a DJ by the pool — I don’t want to complain about this because if I wasn’t with my kids I wouldn’t have cared… just very noisy — good party hotel for younger people!

Easy check-in and check out. Room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Staff was friendly and close to the boardwalk/beach.

The resort was nice and the rooms were clean. The pool needed an upgrade. Loved that there is an outside bar and a DJ after 3. Great last location.

I have stayed at the Bolero many times throughout the years. The staff was very nice. The room was nice, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the band in the bar in the eve and breakfast in the restaurant.

Rooms were clean but bring your own conditioner as they don’t provide it and bring your own bar dryer as they have a hair dryer from 1975 attached to the wall that’s horrible They allow smoking in the outdoor areas as you enter Not very inviting smell of canabus out by the pool

Actual motel is fine but they definitely over exaggerate how nice it is and the amenities they offer. When I booked the room I was under the impression I would be in a hotel room within the hotel, but at checkin I was put in a room at the joint motel. The floor in the room was so dirty it turned our feet and socks black. The staff at check-in was really rude. Also be aware that you only get one parking pass per room. The outdoor pool was nice, the bar staff was friendly, and the DJ was cool (just be prepared to listen to loud music from 3-7 everyday). Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay, but definitely not as advertised and overpriced.

Location was good. The inside was nicer than expected, for Wildwood.

Close to the beach but a very noisy hotel the walls and doors are thin so you hear everything. They do have two pools which is nice and the front desk is very nice.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. The pools are great, as is the gym. Only a few things left me a tad ehhh while there. The gym opens at 9am. Norm those of us who work out, esp on vacation, like to get it done earlier so it won't cut into our days. Very nice gym though. The restaurant, while nice, clean and food was ok... it took us a hour to get our simple meals. They also brought the adult food first, my young daughter had to sit there for a while waiting and very hungry. The property could use some help keeping up with the trash left behind by messy occupants outside. The improvements in the rooms are very nice and so is much of the property. Overall our stay was very, very nice. I know nothing can ever be perfect, and that won't deter us from coming next year, we will def be staying again. :) thank you

This was our first stay at Bolero. There was music at the pool and we had a very nice stay. Everyone was very polite and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Only complaint that i had was tge floor in my first rm 123 was very dirty. That was before is was wet from the pool.

Bartenders were excellent. Safe, clean, and quiet facility. Would recommend to friends and family.

Not the worst beach hotel I’ve been at but pretty close. Pull out couch was filthy.

Nice clean rooms. Both Jacuzzi jets not working

We thought this suite was terribly dirty.The floor was constantly wet and slippery.We took a white bath towel to dry the floor and when we were done wiping one area the towel was brown from dirt, within a few minutes it was wet and slippery again.We had to ask for clean sheets the first night as the sheets were dirty, they looked like they were not changed from the previous nights people.They provided towels, sheets, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.There was a small range, a small table with 3 chairs, a smaller full size fridge, a few utensils, bowls, plates, cups and pots/pans, which were also wet.There were 2 washers and 2 dryers on the premises for use $3.50 each.They did not provide hair dryer, conditioner, tissues or paper towels.There were no grab bars in the bathroom.There was a sofa bed but the sofa was so stained and dirty we were afraid to sit on it for fear of catching something.Our suite was right beside the pool and an outdoor bar it was extremely loud from 9am until 11:45pm. I get that people are on vacation and it will be loud by the pool but music blaring until 11:45pm is just inconsiderate!!The rooms are very overpriced, for 2 nights, 2 double beds (not queen) $782 with taxes and fees.Also we booked online and it stated that there was an elevator.One of our family members is handicapped. When we checked in we were told only a few rooms have elevator access.Parking was free.We will never stay at this motel again.

Awesome and friendly

The hotel itself was very nice- comfortable beds, nice staff, good food in the restaurant, good amenities. It's in a great location and the parking is super easy to access. But be warned the clientelle is horrific and they don't seem to do anything about it. Unattended children running up and down the halls at 1 am- at one point we found a diaper had been stuck onto the handle of our room.
