We traveled with our kids and dog. The staff were extremely helpful and so friendly to our pup as well. Housekeeping was very friendly. We declined service as we weren’t out of the room during that time but requested extra towels and they left them asap. Breakfast was great. A wide variety to choose from. The hotel & room was clean. Very spacious. Great location. Parking was nice and convenient.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 children from 7/15/24 to 7/17/24. In the evening of 7/16/24, the toilet was stuck. The gentleman at front desk tried to unblocked the toilet but the toilet was overfilled and wet the entire bathroom's floor and even part of the bedroom's carpet. He arranged us to a different room of 1 king bed with the portable AC and told me that I would get a refund for that day. Up to now, I have not received any refund. I sent the email to the manager but there is no reply.

We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel and were very satisfied with the outcome!
The room was very clean, and fully equipped with little kitchen that had fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher in it also ironing table, hair blower, service laundry, gym and sauna.
The cleaning staff did an awesome job as far as changing bed sheets, towels and cleaning around the room in a Daly basis.
What were amazed by quality of the breakfast served Daly that had a variety of food to chose from ( coffee, orange juice, apple juice, bagels, waffles, egg, bacon, cereal, fruit and much more)
I highly recommend this place!

Everything was spot on . We had a suite as we needed 3 beds. Plenty of room, lovely and clean . Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels left etc . All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. A lovely area to stay . It’s all been regenerated , lots of lovely places to eat whithin walking distance and covers all budget

Everything was great. The front desk staff was excellent and helpful and our room was clean. The only major problem is that the lobby was so hot and muggy it was uncomfortable to eat breakfast. We were dressed for a wedding and was very uncomfortable waiting for our Uber.

We love this hotel and stay here whenever we visit NY/NJ. It’s conveniently located near the George Washington Bridge and the parking is free, which is a huge plus for us. There are many places to eat within walking distance and the view of the NY skyline across the Hudson River is breathtaking.

The parking garage was excellent! Beautiful area with restaurants and shopping very close by. Nice views of the river and NYC. The bathroom in our suite had some moly and mildew that had been covered poorly instead of fixed.

My room had a great view of New York. Great service from the staff, the hotel is very clean. Easy to go to New York with the bus line in front of the hotel. I would definitely go to this hotel again.

We had a good time, breakfast and transportation accessible. A minimal detail with the rug in the bedroom, but I recognize I am very picky with cleanliness. Space in the room was perfect for the party of 6. The staff is very helpful. I will come again.

Location is great! Lots of food, restaurants, and Starbucks are walkable distance. Love the fact that you can walk to Mitsuwa. There is no need to be stuck in traffic and waits for parking. Also, the ferry to NYC is nearby.

Good location for families. Easy travel to NY. Takes 25 min max. by bus. Lots of restaurants nearby and boardwalk is super close with views of NYC.

Our family of 5 checked into a suite to accommodate our family. The first thing we checked was the pullout to make sure it was clean. The mattress cover had food crumbs and hair on it, we requested a new one and they brought it.
The rest of the rooms were clean, the beds were very comfy and we slept well.
The was no hot water at any point. It was lukewarm at best after letting it run 5-10 mins on max “hot”, this was in the morning and at night. When I spoke to checkout and let them know, she said “it takes it a while to heat up”. I let her know at no point did we have hot water. She simply said I’m so sorry. It is obviously a known problem.
Overall we were comfortable there but would not stay again due to no hot water.

So much to love about this place! This was our first trip to see NYC and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay just outside of the city. Take the NJ 158 bus right on in to Times Square. Take the same bus back and drops off right in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and a great option for families with a separate living area that includes a full size fridge and kitchen area. There are great food and shopping options just around the block to include Chipotle, Panera, and Baumgartners Asian Fusion which has great food and a wonderful view of the Hudson and NYC. Right up the road is the nearest Japanese market called Mitsuwa which our kids loved! Lots of hot and cold food options and various ramen noodles bowls. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly check in was quick.

The location of the property was good. Good view of skyline. The bathroom was great. Toilet barely flushed and had to call front desk about the shower never getting warm

What I didn’t understand was that when I checked in they gave me a certain room . But when I asked if they can give me another room . They told me that it was sold out. That it was the only room . But while I was there the other guest was able to check in when they just told me that is the only room available at that time.
