The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible- barely a trickle. And the gaps at the bottom of the doors were so wide and the hall light shone in brightly. We also had a room with an adjoining room that we did not expect and the light shone in from that door too. We used pillows and towels to cove the gaps.

This hotel was fabulous!! Clean, quiet, and walkable to the beach! The hot tub was as hottt, which was fantastic! The pool was beautiful with a special kids splash area. Front desk was great and the beds were super comfortable! Best night of sleep I’ve had in a very long time. Will definitely be back!

Front desk person(wish I remembered her name) she took our bouquet of flowers we had and held them till I was time to check in. She remembered once we returned to check in. A minor instanc, but to me it meant a lot.

I booked two rooms and they asked me for my info but when rooms were supposed to be given to me one one was given and when I went back to let them know I got a nasty attitude and they asked for my documents again like if it was my fault

Staff was really nice and very helpful. The facility definitely needed some work as there were temp air conditioners in the hallways, the elevator refused to open at our floor, and the pool was a bit dirty. The hotel smelled musty but that was very likely because of the high humidity and lack of AC working properly in the hallways. The room AC worked well. The room was clean and comfortable though the beds were a little hard. The hotel is easily walking distance to the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Picture a little disappointing for the suite. It looked like there was a wall in between the pull out sofa and the queen beds. But it was one straight line of beds. Needed a divider between for kids with their own tv. But very nice place will definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable. A fantastic (hot) continental breakfast. Close to the beach. A little loud from children running around at night, however I don’t mind that because I was once that kid. We loved our stay here and we will be back.

Port Aransas and specifically the Holiday Inn is two blocks from the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Great restaurants nearby.

Beautiful and clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast in the morning! The staff was wonderful! When we were leaving our room and heading to the elevator the cleaning lady greeted us and wished us a safe trip since the roads were icy. All in all a lovely stay! Thank you and we will be back!

Nearly empty hotel during off season and they put everyone in one section, so it was very noisy. Please space out the rooms so we don’t have to hear the neighbors. Breakfast options were sparse. Minimal fruit options. Pancake machine didn’t work.

I like the property a lot. Most of the staff was indifferent to us being there. There was one person who was warm and welcoming at check in. The other person had to make sure we knew who was in control.
Also when you book a room for three people and there is a sleeping sofa to be used can we have the bedding in the room? Instead of having to go back down and get it after a long day at work and a four hour drive. Or even give it

The 2nd nite electric went off a 1 AM….person working at desk was clueless and could not reach management…I sleep with a Cpac and well I ended up leaving around 3AM….the whole area had electricity except for the hotel… I just feel like they should have had some kind of protocol in place.

Second room had issues with toilet valve sticking and not filling up toilet tank.
Otherwise nice building, very clean and modern.
