Pleasantly surprised. Good value for the money. It was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. There was easy access to downtown and easy on/off to the freeway.

This was the first time I had stayed here, and I was very pleased, overall. It’s apparent that they have been making upgrades to the rooms and to the property. I’ll definitely stay here again. The location is very convenient, but is right next to the freeway, so there is some traffic noise throughout the night. Family friendly, and great for the budget conscious.

Property finally fixed it up. It’s very nice. The room is very clean and comfortable but parking to close to room and you can hear outside noise all day and night.

Nice people they are respectful and reasonably priced. Motel 6 isnt as clean or as "homey" convenient restaurants on every corner a gas station near by.

I booked this room due to a low price I saw on Expedia and the room was noisy, next to the freeway, the bed was soft so my back hurt, no coffee pot in the room or iron. I reserved and it was one price and my bill showed another price. It was almost double what it said when I booked the room and there was a property fee. I don't know what that was for, not to heat the cold pool.

A/C only blew air not cool air. Goodwill furniture. Cracked sink. Drywall exposed. Wi-Fi had one bar . Maybe “borrowing” the signal from another business? Overall poor BUT would be reasonable and I could deal with it better if they were not charging 4 star prices.

Checking in takes place through a small window even though there's a lobby available. No coffee. Property was very well maintained and pool was clean.

The room was hot when we entered it. It took awhile for the air conditioner to cool it off. It took awhile to tell if the refrigerator was working.

My friend and I went for a one-night visit. the room was quite clean, and we were allowed to check in about an hour early because we had to be somewhere that afternoon and had to get ready after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable as well as having clean sheets. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

There was black mold in the bathroom, dirty floors that left our bare feet black, and white molding around the room that was grey and black with dirt. The bathroom sink was cracked and dirty. I would rather camp in my car than stay here again. One positive- I checked the sheets, and they were clean.

Bathroom light/fan didn't work ½ the time. Soap dispenser in the shower broken.
Good location. Couldn't figure out the plastic bag over the smoke detector. The room had probably the worst paint job ever.
The proprietors were nice enough but the outdated COVID policies were inconsistent. (ie, no room cleaning unless requested...but room was cleaned anyway?)

The room had multiple defects (I.e. soap dispenser not working, no lotion, missing cap in bath).
I also tried to change my stay before the cancellation policy, the hotel acknowledged it was changed via message, then when I show up to the property they said I had to pay per my original reservation, with zero understanding.

Was better and bigger than I expected. The king size bed and pillows were super comfy. The hotel room was bigger than most- had a small table and 2 chairs. The air conditioner was also a hit.

What is the point of posting the price of the hotel if the hotel can just add some large amount as a "hotel fee" and hotels.com does nothing about this? The room was awful: bad plugs, hair dryer just a decoration, no breakfast, expensive as hell. Never again.

You sold me cancellation insurance but did not tell me I had to cancel before 7 am pst on the day of cancellation. This was fraud and you need to refund my money for this trip. I called to cancel at 11.30 am on 4/26

Appalled is the one word that comes to mind. Insanely dirty and extremely rundown. Broken tv/remote. Gave a new remote..tv still wouldn’t work. Burns on all the blankets. Definitely a negative experience. Keep looking elsewhere.

Hotel is what you pay for. Room is ok. No coffee maker. Stayed 2 nights. First night screaming and fighting going on next door in the middle of the night. Would not recommend or stay again.

The entrance door for the room I stayed in had a gap big enough that at night you could see the outside light come through the room. I couldn't close the blinds completely to block the outside light either. Other than that it was good.

The place was nice and clean, but it sounded like there was awrestling match on top of us. Both nights i got very little sleep. I called the office to complain and she told me to call back at 800am

The lady at the front desk charged my credit card even though they weren’t supposed to per the website said it was just to hold reservation. When I quest her she said too bad talk to Hotels.com about it. Also the restroom door wouldn’t close because the door frame was off. When I mentioned it she said they were full. Finally the people up above were having a party and were stomping on the floor. I would not stay there again.

the ownership of this place is so rude it’s insane. owner walked into the room while my friend and i were still asleep (taking a nap before checkout) in the bed 15 min BEFORE our checkout time… total invasion of privacy. this was the last straw though, they were extremely abrasive and overall demeanor was extremely disdainful towards paying customers it was truly shocking

The place was dirty, grimy, and rundown. This was unacceptable by any standards. We were distressed by this and left immediately. I have lost faith on Expedia’s ratings; this place should not be rated as Good.

Like a Pearl. The inside was wonderful. Clean and very nice. The outside was only good.

Where should I start… There was no handle on one of the drawers, there were two TVs, because one didn’t work, so they just left the nonworking one on the wall… Then there were stains on the art on the wall. The worst of it came when we were sleeping, I heard a knock, and before I could even get up the owner/manager, who obviously had a master card key, opens the door and then realizes we were there! He ran off.
Unbelievable!!
