HVOC in room sounded like an idling semi that clunked every time it turned on or off. Bathroom toilet ran continuously after flushing. Elevator controls required several strong button punches before engaging. We were there for only one night, checked in late and left early so not worth changing rooms or complaining to staff at the time. Would not stay there again. Choose this hotel after viewing online and satisfactory stays in other cities. Photos showed were nice but reality is it was lipstick on a pig. Staff were only bright spot. Very polite and friendly.

We booked this room for one night, needed a place to relax before an event. We showed up at 3pm and the room wasnt ready. No problem, we waited for 15 minutes which isn't horrible. The first receptionist was kind the second was not so kind. When asked if we can get something to drink for compensation...she gave me a warm bottled of water.

I love staying at this hotel. Always do when i stay in Parsippany NJ. However, the elevator needs to be replaced. It was very slow. And there still no ice machine on 4 floor. I had to go on 3 floor to get ice.

Fray at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. We checked in in the middle of the night and she made us feel right at home. Would defiantly stay again next time we're in the area.

Room was untidy when we checked in. Food still in the fridge from the previous guest. The sleep sofa under the mattress were crumbs, coins, and dirt. Room 230 to be exact.

Room is pretty big. Cleanliness is ok. But the hotel is quite old. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. Besides the rubbish bin is full, all the food trays and coffee pots are empty.

This hotel is AWFUL. It's overall in disrepair; the hallways smell, the room was tiny and not as pictured. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because of an electrical issue with the elevators so with two small kids, we sat outside for an hour at 1am until the building was deemed "safe enough" and then had to file back into the building with everyone else and NO staff in sight. Disgusted.
DO NOT recommend.

Check in was easy i was late Check out with day shift was wonderful they gave me a late checkout i really needed definitely stay there again

The staff were helpful and friendly. The toilet of the assigned room won’t flush but we were able to switch to another room quickly. The facility was dated and the floor we stayed had a strong smell of weed. Moreover, the bedding of one of the bed had blood looking spots.

Sadly I was awakened twice by the adjacent room neighbors. First at 11pm by their yelling and second at 3am by their pot smoke filtering through the connecting door and smelling up our room. When I informed the front desk clerk I was met by a less than concerned response. Hope they enforce the no smoking rules on their checkout. Sure hope the housekeeper doesn’t get a contact high!

Check in staff.comfy room and bed.clean .what i didn't like was the icy parking lot.due to water overflowing from the nearby creek onto lot,it froze thru the night,when i arrived at 2am and stepped out of vehicle i almost went down.moved my car to other spot.orher than that everything else was great

The property was very clean. It was modern. The beds were soft. I love the amenities that were in the room for a short stay. It was perfect for what I needed. I had a very well arrested night and I enjoyed my complementary breakfast and the staff was extremely nice, helpful and attentive, and taking care of me and my spouse, I would definitely stay there again and I do highly recommend this hotel for either a short stay or long stay depending when you're eat.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was adequate with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was fine and bagel was great. Eggs not the best. But there were many options. Parking area seemed safe. And I appreciate no hidden fees. Too many hotels are charging for parking.

My day was more than adequate. I got there. I was welcome in they took care of me. I felt like very relaxed and no concern so it was an excellent day.
