Great friendly service. Bathroom was set up a little unusual compared to other Hamptons, small tub/shower. One of the electric blinds wasn’t working so it was very bright in the morning and we couldn’t close it. Overall it was clean, friendly and pleasant.

the room had a 3 legged microwave (we placed a 2 liter bottle cap to help hold it up.
The water wouldn't fully divert the water to shower. My husband had to reach up inside to get it to divert.
We didn't report these issues because we didn't want to be inconvenienced moving to another room.

Good room and good check in and out process. Lousy breakfast. Very cold. Waffles ok but no syrup available??

Perfect little staycation. Room and facilities were very clean (room smelled a little musty but not cigarette smoke, some air freshener fixed it right up). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. Close to a lot of restaurants and fun activities.

Shower was very weak and bathroom sink hot water never got hot at all. It remained room temperature at best.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was disappointing. We choose Hampton inns specifically for the hot breakfast included. Our first day we went down to breakfast twice before 8:30 am everything was empty. I waited for some time and not much was refilled. We went out for breakfast eventually. The next day, there were eggs and Kielbasa. Hampton inn please stop the kielbasa. It is awful. Our third day, both the omelettes and bacon were significantly burned. The hotel is lovely but the breakfast was the worst I have seen at Hampton inns.

Place was relatively new and very clean. Had to remind them a couple times that it was time for my room to be serviced.

The only thing that I did not appreciate was before us checking out the housekeeper did not knock on the door and walked in, and I was not fully dressed, but other than that the service was amazing and the breakfast was great and everyone was super friendly.

Room was clean, large, and had many efficient and practical amenities: night light in bathroom, quiet fan and AC, MOTORIZED roller shades, toiletries in dispensers rather than fiddly packets. Good breakfast. Nice pool
Location was convenient for us, and walkable to some stores and restaurants.

My husband had a softball tournament this past weekend in Ft. Myers. Excellent stay at the Hampton Inn. Special acknowledgment to Cameron ( at the front desk) -friendly and engaged all who passed by with a “hello, welcome back or talked with us about Steelers football “. Also, Tina ( assisted with breakfast each morning)- she kept food stocked up and asked how everything was frequently.

We couldn’t get sleep because the A/C was so noisy and no water for drinking in the room.

We reserved a King Suite which was also to include a sitting area. Our stay was for seven nights, so that area was important as one of us was also working from the room. The only sitting was the one office chair, which was not the purpose of getting a suite. The room was supposed to accommodate up to four, but they still only initially supplied three towels, which housekeeping only replaced every other day. Very disappointed in that. When I made mention to the housekeeping staff, they supplied us with plenty of towels each time they came for subsequent days, which was very much appreciated.
As far as the staff, they were very friendly. The room was clean. Lighting is very poor, which most hotels are. The air conditioning worked well and was not overly loud. The refrigerator and microwave were in working order. The breakfast was not the typical Hampton Inn breakfast, so we were a bit disappointed there.

Parking needs some work. Big truck with a trailer took over half of the parkkng lot.

Our stay was very nice. No problems were noted. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. Check in and check out was easy. And bonus, there was a Moose lodge just down the street.
