We found it great the evening meals let it down a bit. Not as tasty as other hotels we had stayed at.

Right!! we have left our feedback directly to Hotel last month. However no reply nor acknowledgement from them. So really wonder if our voice are heard.At the reception desks:we felt that the team were not confident enough to deal with clients inquiries.Hotel facilities: we were disappointed to find out that customers from outside of hotel can use facilities(swimming pool,gym) leading to overcrowded at the swimming pool area. We couldnt manage even for for days to find any available sun bed,also the Swimming pool wasnt well maintained as we spotted there were rubbish and oil on the surface of water. Also this isnt fair on clients who pay full amount rate and their desire to have inclusive services….The gym and beach volleyball area were occupied from morning to evening by people who dont stay at the hotel.Breakfast:There was no doubt that staffs were trying their best to accommodate hotel guests, however the food display was limited, the juice station werent fresh, all tasted synthetic and artificial sweetness. The selection of charcuterie was basic, the board was almost empty all the time, just two type of cheese were available when we were there. During our 7 days of stay. There were no changes of variety and options.Food:The menu and the wine list looks old fashioned and quite boring unfortunatelyThe staff in the restaurant were always smiley and doing their best, however they definitely deserve more training.The food was edible but wasnt good enoug

Location was great far enough away from the honking and noise of Mui Ne. The garden room was beautiful and spacious and the outdoor shower was great. Breakfast buffet had a large offerings of western and Vietnamese cuisine and the view of the South China Sea was breathtaking.

This property is spacious and beautiful. Very quiet surroundings, peaceful and tranquil. The infinity pool was a favourite place to relax.

The resort is very pleasant, but the beach has the large sandbags to preserve the beach from erosion and is not scenic or convenient for swimming.

Stayed for 8 nights in October. Whilst we had a wonderful week there are just a few things that detract from the experience

It was quite nice to stay. Two things that hits my mind was 1) Breakfast and 2) swimming service. There were a quite variety of food available for breakfast and it was very tasty. The swimming pool are equipped well (e.g. good towel provided, good quality water filled) and even I could use kayak for free. Thank you for your great support. I do appreciate it.

Our stay was generally nice. A few things that Victoria could improve:- staff at infinity pool didnt want to bring lounge chair pads for us saying that its going to rain soon and that its a waste of their time! Only when we insisted that they brought it. - the dinning plates at breakfast buffet are mostly greasy and dirty.- glass door to toilet in our rooms are spotted with dirty spots. - the beach has trash.

Amazing experience, breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety of food; room was very clean, spacious with fresh air from ocean. Staff member was going out of way to attend to guest request. will come back definitely.

The staffs are so friendly and the room is comfortable.

Loved the design of bungalows. Massive bathroom. Outdoor rainhead shower a real treat. Staff were so friendly & amenable. Food & drinks were stunning. Especially loved the cake & story in the turn down service. I’ve never experienced that anywhere else. A real treat to a storyteller. And the birthday card & cake was such a beautiful surprise. We all felt very well looked after.

we book the two single beds room, however they didn't arrange the room type for us. the receptionist is not so friendly.

We stayed at this resort due to its great reviews for 3 nights. Due to travelling during the rainy season, the resort was quite empty, which created a very tranquil environment. Now, as mentioned there were some downsides. The food was fairly expensive even compared to some of the other resorts in town and mediocre. Breakfast was great but the seafood bbq as well as some of the other food wasn’t up to standard considering the, for Vietnamese standards, high prices. The spa was very professionally run and the staff well trained. However, in town we were able to get similar massages with high quality for half the price. For me a resort should be a place that you can stay at for whatever you want, may it be a massage or a great dinner. At this resort we felt like this was not the case. Hopefully, this was only due to it being out of season.

The beachfront bungalows are amazing! Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Binh, the sport team who was so helpful when we tried to ride the boat the first time. Food is good. But the rooms condition is kind of old. The toilet flush in our room was broken and it was at midnight! Surely, no one wants to have a hotel engineer come visit at midnight or have to hold up until next morning to go use the hotels restrooms outside!!!

The resort was a bit old but well maintained. Breakfast was ok but the service was excellent ! What else could you ask for 4* resort ? . Very pleased I stayed here . Definitely I will come back soon .

After careful search of all hotels in the area I chose this one, helped by general high score after filtering down to 5 locations. The high score is deserved. Excellent service, exquisite location on the whole Mui Ne area, and the beachfront bungalow was idyllic to say the least. Even the food was top notch. The management is doing a fantastic job and I count myself lucky to have stumbled there by sheer fortune. Actually going back asap to do stay the rest of my vacation there.

Had a lovely stay at the Victoria in a beach front bungalow. The view was absolutely beautiful, though I will warn there are sand bags that are preventing the sand from washing away the beach and is very visible during the low-tide. At high-tide its beautiful. Unfortunately, there are many beaches nearby with a lot of trash and it makes its way down to the Victoria Resort beach, but the staff at the hotel does a great job keeping it clean. This property is beautiful and wide, but is a much older property and one of the first in the area. The rooms are very, very well kept, but they could use an update. Vintage and charming, but not what I would call luxurious. I loved it for its price and vintage feel.

Our bungalow had a lot of privacy, a bit of a walk from the main reception and restaurant area. The restaurant has a very nice view of the ocean.
